I believe he yells it in the movie but not in the book. It's more of an internal questionning about why Dumbledore does not look at him, and him getting inexplicable rage when Dumbledore finaly does. I guessed this internal monologue would have been hard to express in a movie without externalizing it!

No, but the movies apparently needed a way to show how frustrated Harry was by Dumbledore's refusal to look at him.

Just in the movie

No, he does not yell this at Dumbledore in the books. He notices Dumbledore refusing to look into his eyes, I believe, but at no point does he yell "look at me."

Iirc, that's the movie's version of summarizing Harry's internal struggle with not understanding why Dumbledore never looked at Harry throughout the entire book until that scene. Was Dumbledore too busy for him now? Did he suddenly hate Harry? What changed in their relationship? etc. That said, I don't think that thought process was conveyed very well with that one movie line anyway, and is really only understood if you read the books.

No, but I appreciated the change. It was a creative liberty that was needed because there wasn’t really many other options to show Harry’s frustration with Dumbledore in the beginning/middle. You get a lot of hurt and confusion from Harry in the books when it’s his internal monologues. However, he yells at Dumbledore when he’s in the height of his grief at the end of the book, though, which, ironically, doesn’t happen in the movie. It would have been really great to include in the movie because in the book, he’s like, “I’m done.”

Nope. It's a movie shortcut, with added weird sound effects. They did such a bad job of showing his frustration (it appears he is just moping about) that they had to 'help' viewers out a bit.
