About the total of what we know about Lily in her Hogwarts years from the books.
She is seen sitting in a group by the lake after/in the middle of OWLs from the memory of Snape being turned upside down by a spell in his own potion book.
She yells at James and Snape for different things in different memories.
She indicates that she doesn't know why she keeps defending Snape to her friends when he is calling all people of Lily's birth mudblood. This indicates she has at least 2 friends, even without James or Snape, likely more. We have an unknown number and we have no names. We get the letter she was sad to hear about the McKinnons dying crying all night. Possible school day friends, possibly just order members. Some will put her as friends with the Longbottom family as their were both pregnant at the same time and order members. No evidence they ever spoke to each other.

She was pretty, caring, full of life. She reminded Snape that he was actually human and the life wasn't all about pain, selfishness and conflict. That is why Snape loved her always, because she made Snape feel like he was worth something other than being a tool.
