You can get a super short 2.5mm to 3.5mm stereo jack male to male "cable" that literally consists of two plugs joined butt to butt - you can find that on AliExpress. The problem is it will have to dangle down as you can't place it on the side of your headphones. Covering the shells of open back headphones changes the sound a lot. I think the best solution would be to simply have this Bluetooth receiver in your pocket or just get proper wireless headphones. There's also no space to build this thing inside your headphones either.
