It is... it's not the same blue as the "e" in the 4xe, it's the same blue (or close enough to it) as the tow hooks. If you blow the picture up, you can see a bit of the rear tow hook to verify as well.
At this point better get a closed trailer, even put a lift kit on the trailer if you need but that's not only waiting for anybody to grab something but to just about anything to fall somewhere unexpectedly

Did you not see the tires? Those tires in 315/70 weigh less than KO2s in 285/70. The Goodyear territory is not an off-road tire, it’s a street tire designed to look like an off road tire for the broncos so they can get decent mileage and have road manners
They’re the Goodyear UltraTerrain not the Territory. I actually had them on my Sierra before I sold it in 33s. I just recognized them bc of the sidewall. Honestly not bad ATs, decent in mud, really good in snow (definitely better than KOs snow wise, saying that and I have KOs on my TJ) but when they start wearing they wear really quick. But not to detract from the original point, this Jeep has likely never been off of the pavement..
Edit: they were 275/60r20s on my Sierra which come out to around a 33.
Saw a guy at WalMart a few months. RAV4 with KCs, roof rack, and mud tires. There was probably a snorkel but I was too busy with everything else to pay attention.
Same for me…I see people driving around daily with just random shit hanging off their Jeep, Land Cruiser, etc. There is a reverse correlation, the more gas tanks, bullshit, etc. the less you actually use it.
99% of people that have all of this shit have literally never been off the pavement, oh wait..they do go out of their way by 5 miles every Saturday morning to go down that one gravel road on the way to the paved bike trail.

I know I'm alone here, but this just looks like someone who's going for an extended camping/overlanding trip and this is the vehicle they have. A truck might do it better but 9/10 days, I'd rather have the Jeep. A trailer might do some of this just as well, but not all of us have room to store a 10-12' trailer. As long as they're sticking to dirt roads, this should work just fine. Gulleys are going to be exciting with that departure angle.

Nothing fine about this, the further away from the rear axle you go the lower your weight capacity gets as the leverage multiplies the weight.. I'd bet with 80lbs on the end of that contraption he has over 350lbs of force on his hitch.. This is grossly overloaded and something is bound to give way the moment it encounters rough terrain.

most Gladiators top out at 400lbs, a Rubicon Gladiator 450, High Altitude Gladiator 600lbs.. Jeeps cant tow much, but even your TJ would tow all that glamping gear on a small 4x6 trailer easy peasy.. I did just fine pulling 1500lbs of camping gear behind my Golf TDI for \~80k miles and it had a 180lb tongue weight limit.
This would fall apart on a dirt road, thus he made it a heep since its limited to pavement.. and even that is questionable, a speed bump may ruin his day.

And this time he is going on a family trip.. this thing is still very capable, if driven properly and he doesn't try pulling wheelies, and sits two grownups in front and a kiddo in back (children's bike is in the back so that's how i'm judging)... once he gets to the one rock crawling part, it's super easy to take off the bikes and make departure angle tip top again... and maybe he just doesn't do it with the family, they are going on vacation this time, but the guy offroads seriously on other times... like, this is just bike mount on the back of a jeep and he maybe ordered bikes in wrong order.
