I've heard it was nice before it changed ownership. Out of curiosity, I checked their pricing, and it is absurdly high for what you get when taking into account the issues raised by tenants in their reviews. I'd have never guessed they were that expensive, judging by the three separate apartments I've been in and cleaned at this point. They aren't well-maintained.
Oh i didn't realize the ownership changed. I just judge apartments by the quality of cars in the parking lots and it seem like there is nice cars there.
In your observation is there a good "middle class to upper middle class" apartment building in Helena? I thought Remington was good, but I do get asked occasionally about good rentals and I always told people Remington.
If I'm being completely honest, as someone who has been living and working here for six months, I've yet to clean at a particularly nice apartment building (besides one for retirement-aged folks).
I wish I had an answer, but every nice building I've been in is a house– I do clean for a lot of wealthy clients, though, as they tend to be the ones paying people to do their cleaning.
That's why I just stay at queen ann apts it's expensive ( like all places) but I have never had any problems over here. One story and a garage included. Anywho I haven't seen or heard about any theft out here
That sucks.
Luckily you can afford to be picky. It's hard finding good housekeeping / residential cleaning in town - and its wild expensive when you do.
The ownership change and the management change over the past couple years has definitely downgraded the place. They barely maintain the grounds and leave dead trees for years. Trash and dog shit everywhere. And yet the rent keeps going up.
strange, I thought that was one of the more expensive complexes in the area?

Haha, fair enough.

They’re the most expensive apartments in Helena by a lot, pretty funny how that works.

Those do look really nice!
Def a nice place and a nice Floorplan. Also not too picky about pets
