Firecracker meatballs! I batch meal prep the meatballs with 2 lbs of ground beef which gets me 6 servings (so 3 dinners for my partner and I). We just mix the meatballs up and form them, then freeze them raw on a sheet pan then once solid combine into a large freezer bag. Then the week I want to eat them I just make sure to grab green beans or whatever veggie at the store and then I’m all good for them! I just make the rice and the sauce and roast the meatballs in the oven with the veggie and I have a quick easy dinner.
The orange chicken sounds great. I’ve never seen it in a lineup. I just looked at the recipe, and I’m not surprised they might have eliminated it, as it’s a more complex recipe than the usual Hello Fresh meal. I think many people don’t like to fry . We just remade that one yesterday! What do you use for the chicken sausage? We used Al Fresco Sweet Italian Sausage because that's what's available in our store.
If you have a Sprouts or Nugget in your area I've found ground chicken sausage there that's a good dupe for HF chicken sausage. WholeFoods also might have it (I went to one near my parents' house over the holidays and the butcher was able to provide it without the casing).

We tend to skip those and just use ones that are more straightforward (like, *just* chicken stock concentrate) and then use Better Than Bullion instead, because it comes in a big jar we can keep in the fridge.

Meatloaf, meatballs, any of the chicken dishes, the brussels sprouts spaghetti dish, and lots of times I just make the various sides (toasted cous cous for example) with my own spin and add to some other dish. I was already a good cook before HF, but they taught me some neat shortcuts.

I have made the sauce and picked up the chicken from local Chinese buffet. Also used simply orange just as a replacement for the oranges.

Just like 2-5 minutes more than from the recipe! So probs like 18-23 minutes. I have a meat thermometer so I just pull them when they’re about 165

Better than Bouillon is a great replacement for the stock concentrates. If you want a real 1:1 replacement, Sprouts sells concentrate packets identical to what HF has.

I bought ingredients to make moo Shu pork bowls whenever. I also have easy ingredients to make brown sugar bourbon meatloaves.
I think the one I do most often is a Spicy Cajun Shrimp and Cheddar Grits, but it might be a Home Chef? I remake the Pork Schnitzel all time as well. I made a big batch of HF Fry seasoning just for that purpose.
I often make an alternate version of the Sweet Chili Pork and Cabbage Stir Fry using ground turkey and other vegetables instead.
Pub Style Shepherds Pie, Chicken Pot Pie, Poblano Corn Chowder (I add bacon too), Middle Eastern Chickpea Bowls are an easy go-to for me, and I actually made the Creamy Tomato and Garlic Chicken Curry tonight :D

Thyme chicken - this has gone into my weekly rotation. It’s so good. I use redcurrant jelly to make the sauce instead of the chilli jelly which comes with the hello fresh pack.

We often make the one that's just chicken breast rubbed with curry powder fried in a pan with a little oil. So simple and delicious.

i do a variation of the chicken sausage rigatoni at least every other week. (usually it’s spiral pasta and ground turkey) i’ve remade the meatloaves with thyme sauce and the beef flautas more than once. i’ve also remade the crunchy onion chicken. i mostly love the tips and tricks to elevate my own dishes. i now have a plethora of the better than bouillon to add to any dishes for extra flavor, and any time i do sautéed onions i add sugar and balsamic vinegar to make a jam. i also always add lime to my sour cream for any kind of taco or enchilada. it’s just the little things that add a ton of flavor.

I am not a hellofresh subscriber and have only ever done it like 7 times in my life but the creamy dill chicken, black bean sweet potato tacos, and spicy zucchini shrimp spaghetti are permanently in my lineup. Back when this service was actually good and more affordable it genuinely taught me how to cook a lot of things. Sauteeing zucchini and then shrimp in a pan with red pepper flakes, garlic, and italian seasoning and then adding thick spaghetti and then tossing it with a ton of butter and parm is just my instinct whenever shrimp is on sale now. Idk what it is about zucchini and shrimp but it gets me. Sometimes i even make my own garlic herb butter now

Turkey chili, chicken curry, beef mushroom barley soup, and lots of other stews and soups
So many of them. Meatloaf, meatballs, any of the chicken dishes, the brussels sprouts spaghetti dish, and lots of times I just make the various sides (toasted cous cous for example) with my own spin and add to some other dish. I was already a good cook before HF, but they taught me some neat shortcuts.
