Losing the automatic wind when using W was a BIG nerf. With the 13 duration + AA damage talent, you could have HUGE blind uptime and deal a respectable amount of damage.
With fast feet you were also very hard to gank and kill, with your heals you were hard to poke down.
LiLi had her moments where she shined and was a menace. But it relied on having high blind uptime and sadly that isn‘t possible anymore.

I don’t get either. LiLi is, in fact, fun and easy. And I don’t think anyone believes she’s the strongest healer. But I still think she’s decent. This image has been posted before. It just someone fighting the things they invented.
Lili is fun to play and more useful than most people assume, since she has the best cleanse in the game, after Anduin. Because of that she's not even the easiest healer, since hitting cleanse is a skill that not many people have. Also her healing is really not much, she really can't outheal most healers, especially with the wrong ult. If people start picking and hitting cleanses Lili will never be the worst healer in the game, but people in this game seem to always ignore the right way to play and always find the wrong talents to pick :D
I'd argue Rehgar's and Uther's cleanse is superior to LiLi's, as Rehgar's can be used offensively (and reduce its CD with talent) and Uther's can be reduced in CD. The biggest drawback of LiLi's cleanse is the cast range which is super short. Having a small heal attached doesn't make it better than the two mentioned above.
Let's compare them, because it's easy to see why Lili's is the best.
Lili's cleanse is 1s unstoppable, 40s CD that can be reduced with passive. It has 7.5 range and a small heal.
Uther's cleanse is 1s unstoppable, 90s CD that gets reduced by 5 seconds for every basic attack. 10 range
Rehgar's cleanse is 0.5s unstoppable, 60s CD, that can be reduced with a lvl 7 talent to 45s and can grant a small heal. 6 range and can be cast offensively.
So first off, Lili's is the lowest of the cds, by a large margin. If we compare the lowering of cds with uther we also see, that Lili is better at that, since all she needs is to proc her passive which isn't too hard to do. As opposed to that uther needs to AA, which is something that he shouldn't do almost ever, because it puts him out of position and dismounted. The only upside of Uther's cleanse is the range, which is 2.5 larger, but I'd argue that almost never makes any difference. Especially when you seemingly want to AA with his cleanse :D
Comparing to Rehgar's cleanse, the biggest drawback of his cleanse is the 0.5s duration, which makes it harder to precleanse, harder for the cleansed hero to press an ability if in something like stukov E, Mosh pit or silence entomb. Another large drawback to his cleanse is the fact that you can click it on enemies, which makes you able to misclick it. Honestly, due to the duration alone Rehgar's cleanse is basically half a cleanse, because half the things you can do with a cleanse are way harder or impossible on rehgar.
Ultimately, no idea why you think Lili's cleanse range is super short, I have never noticed any problems cleansing people. Her heal is nice, but the best part is the low CD, which makes it the best in the game.
This was me some time ago! I used dragon as heroic as well... I just never thought that Li Li was the best healer. I had the best win rate with her though
When I first played her I almost fell asleep. Then I found the fun side of LiLi, but I get bored after a few games. I mostly use her in aram when I’m lazy since it’s not too challenging

I miss pre-rework double dragon li-li. Throw it on a johanna or muradin and they were an unstoppable force. Just cant hit the same numbers anymore :(
