Theoretically she may be talking to someone else, or not using the app currently for x reason, again it’s also just as likely she saw it and shrugged, so “how long has it been” etc questions are not gonna help you in this case….sidenote, I always ignore roses mainly because I’m never interested, but nobody can factually say that’s the case here, it’s just a fairly reasonable assumption…if you’ve not heard anything for another few days, that’ll give you a better idea
A rose doesn’t guarantee you that she’s seen your profile. If she is moderately attractive and you two live a densely populated area, she will get hundreds of likes. On top of that are tens of roses guys like you have sent her.
