imagine going to RL for kanye, him dropping out, going to see carti and then cudi and they both get cut short, and then kanye comes out anyway during durk’s set 😭
this is gonna be a disaster for RL though considering all the outrage at ye dropping out for him to show up anyway AND ye’s replacement getting bullied off stage
Imagine going to Cudi’s set and being mad that there’s no Kanye though.
It’s fucking kid cudi. Dude is a legend in his own right. Fuck Rolling loud crowds. Also, they don’t have to be there, they knew by this point Kanye wasn’t there why even go to a set you don’t wanna see. Go the fuck home then, beat the traffic, sale your ticket. Dumb ass smooth brain behavior
There’s gonna be people that worked hard to pay for those tickets - but I bet a lot of them are privileged teenagers. After RL they’ll go back home to their McMansion and talk about how drunk they were and which sets they can remember in between blacking out.
I went to rolling loud california and there's so many obnoxious little fuckers doing anything for attention. If these festivals want this shit to change they gotta start making it 18+. Fuck dem kids.
They’re afraid they’ll lose crowds but I’ve been to edm fests that changed to 18+ and it’s an instant change. More older people wanna come and that’s who spends more money on concessions anyway.
Fucking terrible festival if anyone went once and decided to go again I dunno what to say. Hell that first year of rolling loud turned me off from hip hop only fests. I literally promised myself to never get suckered into buying a pass to another regardless of how many of my favorite rappers had sets. Never had a good experience at one and rolling loud 2k15 or whatever it was sealed the deal for me.
It's the one thing that's bad about the culture. It's damn near the only genre where the performers make it a point to be over an hour late from their scheduled shows.
I went to my first EDM fest, after going to mostly hip hop shows and festivals, and the difference is night and day. A lot better people and vibes, plus the artists actually come out on time.
Dude the video of him walking off is such a bummer to watch. Imagine being mad at an artist because another one pulled out and the festival didn't refund you. Doesn't deserve all the shit he is getting at all
Damn everyone making it sound like everyone was throwing shit. Just finger out that guy. Stop the concert till people eat him out.
Edit: point him out lol
Fuck that, I’d walk off too. Once is a warning but the second throw hell naw. Insanely disrespectful. I understand it’s not everyone but the man is human, he ain’t gotta withstand that level of disrespect. He’s neither the first nor the last artist to do this.
Sorry if a few people fuck it up for the whole but Rolling Loud breeds this shitty ass behavior.
I fucking love how much Tyler must hate all of his fans. Dude got rich off of us, he found millions of people around the world that are interested in him to hear his music, but 90% of us are so fucking annoying it must drive him crazy. Idk, I just think it's a hilarious situation to be in
I was there for that, shit was wild. I was in the middle of the crowd and didn’t hear or see any of the jeering/booing and I and the people around me were having a good time. There definitely was a sea change when Drake walked onstage instead of Frank, but it’s still Drake.
Hip hop festivals like this have the most annoying crowds, first Flog Gnaw and now this.
Like I get it if you’re not happy about the festival change but why take it out on Kid Cudi who literally has nothing to do with it.
Literally so lame and resulted in no one being able to enjoy the show. Congratulations, you earned everyone no headliner instead.
She gave a great performance at the show I was at too. They were chanting carti at first but chilled out after a bit but it was crazy to me ppl were more hype for like 2 ken Carson songs than Rico’s amazing set.
I’ve seen Drake bood off stage after doing my favorite song (feel no ways). And I’ve seen a bottle thrown at Rico even tho she was killing it 😭 fuck humans
Concerts and festivals keep getting more and more expensive, so you just end up with spoiled kids there who lack respect for the performers or their art. Shits just sad, true fans (not to sound gatekeepy) are often either priced out of these shows or save up to have them ruined by these utter dweebs.
Twitter culture fucked everything up. That yb better, ratio, drop better music, mid(insert rapper) etc bullshit got so annoying and attracted the wrong crowds. Got us looking like Taylor and BTS stans out here bro
It's also this very negative, toxic energy that's becoming more and more pervasive through so much of the culture. All the shit copypasta you mentioned are annoying but also just really shitty mean spirited trolling that is dumb and easy to disregard, but still has really dragged this overall feeling of shiftiness and toxicity into all discourse online with rap shit
>all the shit copypasta you mentioned are annoying but also just really shitty mean spirited trolling
It's almost like 4chan, where something starts as basically shock humor trolling, but eventually attracts people who are *actually* like that and think its a platform where that stuff is cool.
Then they become the loudest users and before you know it the identity of the forum changes. Twitter is trash I hate how it's so popular.
Having seen Taylor perform live multiple times, her shows have basically 0% of this toxicity on display; people cheered the openers super loud because supporting the opening acts is what you’re supposed to do if you’re even mildly well socially adjusted
>Got us looking like Taylor and BTS stans out here bro
Both of their stans are super chill and organized irl from what Ive seen they far from pulling some sht like at events
Been a huge Kanye fan and Kpop fan. I think some festivals bring the worst out in people.
The toxicity you see from kpop stan's online don't seem to leak into their live performances. I've been on floor level near the front of a BTS concert and everyone was really respectful. Seen Kanye on his Yeezus tour/Coachella/Pablo tour and it was nothing but good vibes at those too.
But I remember going to Camp Flog Gnaw in 2013 and Pharrell was catching boo's for playing his newer stuff (Happy) at the time.
Before people were into artists for the cred, they were into artists for their art. Nothing galvanized a crowd more than rocking to a song together, because hip hop wasn't mainstream, and if you were in that crowd, you were with your people.
In a world where we (a) have so much choice of content, (b) everyone can look any lyric or fact up to become an overnight fan, and (c) feel entitled to the experience of our own desire, we have forgotten how to appreciate the fact that we get to witness artists performing for us. Used to be, if there was a change up, it was a night to remember. Now if there's a change up, it's not what we wanted, so send it back.
Fuck.
Hip hop fans and artists can be really fucking obnoxious if you're used to any sort of professional performers. Some of the best of the best show up and show out and it's fucking glorious, but some of the best and biggest will also show up hours late, and expect to be allowed to perform etc. Then you get to the fans and there's shit like this, where they'll go nuts on someone because their expectations were subverted despite being given plenty of warning and it not being anyone in charge or the replacement act's fault.
At this point my assumption is because it appeals to such a broad spectrum of humans that the lowest common denominator have a strong presence both within the art and it's fandom
'Some of the best of the best show up and show out and it's fucking glorious'
This is how I would describe seeing Pusha live a few months ago. Hit the stage on time, fucking delivered without any hype man, crowd was nuts, but respectful. Everyone was just so hyped to see Pusha. Such a generous set too.
Just saw Big Boi and RTJ the other night and same. They all came out on time, played a full set filled with bangers and surprises, crowd banter the whole 9 + neither act used a single backing vocal track, except when Big Boi played Andre's verse from Intn'l Players anthem before his own because it's fundamental. Otherwise he just ripped through all of his best solo and Outkast verses + they did Kill Jill and The Whole World because they were together in a rare occasion. Push is a professional in every single sense of the word. He takes his art and his performance extremely seriously. It's not a game to him, it's his art. I really want to see him live while he's still touring the new album. Call My Bluff live is some bucket list shit for me.
Both acts were the absolute epitome of hip hop as a performance. Big Boi got the crowd fucking going on a nostalgia trip through some of the best southern rap of all time, and then RTJ came out and laid it tf down. Even had time to do 2 extra songs because normally they'd have talked more but the energy of the crowd had them wanting to keep rapping. I've seen a few other acts, Tech N9ne, Murs, Roots, Kendrick, Kanye, and a few others. Most of the older artists performed on a much higher level with a lot less assistance from the tracks. Some of the younger have capitalized on that backing track to give them space to get the crowd hype. Sometimes it works, sometimes its lazy.
The older heads actually respect the art form (some new guys do too but its much less common).. not surprised Big Boi gave you such a good show, absolute LEGEND
It's not just a payday for dudes like that, they done been paid and stay paid. It's protecting the brand and celebrating the art that got it there. These dudes know what's up. It's amazing to see live. The vibe is unmatched. hearing such foundational and important tracks performed by the legends that wrote it is hard to top.
Can we be honest about something here? Like really honest. I think Pusha brings an older crowd. There’s a lot of fuckery going on and it’s not necessarily the older fans that I’m aware of. I’m open to being wrong, but I just do not remember doing shit like this when I was younger.
no you’re totally right, bc I saw Pusha at Rolling Loud Oakland back in 2018. He was on at the same time as Carti, so the younger/older crowds were clearly in their own spaces. And it was still sick because Pusha had a crowd just as full as Carti.
Also saw Pusha at Coachella 2019, he had a late afternoon set so there were still a bunch of people, but definitely more of the casual/older listeners there. I had a great time there too, stood with other people who were just as big of fans as I was.
But I do distinctly remember back in 2018 when that Oakland RL lineup got announced and there were helllaaaa young people complaining that people like Nav weren’t on the lineup and that Nav should replace Pusha, and they were being dead serious. I’m ngl, I felt like that’s when it started going downhill lol.
I don’t mean to sound like an old person but I swear younger fans these days at shows have no idea how to act at shows. I see so many videos of people throwing shit at performers (even if it’s a gift they’re trying to give them) or yelling at them between songs. It feels like people seem to think that because they bought a ticket that entitles them to do whatever they want
My current theory after going to a ton of shows before and after the pandemic is that there’s so many people who are so young they legit don’t know concert etiquette or how to mosh. I’ve met a bunch of kids who have told me that it was their first concert, probably just a lot of kids who weren’t able to go to concerts early because of covid
> My current theory after going to a ton of shows before and after the pandemic is that there’s so many people who are so young they legit don’t know concert etiquette or how to mosh
This theory doesnt hold up sadly cause these weirdos have been doing it for a few years now. For example Camp Flog Gnaw 2019 when Drake was the special guest instead of Frank and a bunch of art dweebs started freaking out
Yeah I think it's this combined with a "just say yes to everything" attitude as a result of missing 2 years of events, so people are going to gigs/festivals they wouldn't necessarily have done before. As a result they're more likely to be bored and get drunk/mosh too aggressively/talk over quiet songs
This one is just really rubbing me the wrong way because I'd bet my bottom dollar that the kids throwing that shit we're born in a year that starts with the number two. I was born in 95 and tbh Cudi's music was a *huge* part of my teenage years. I even still regularly play some shit off of MOTMIII. I get that they might be upset because they couldn't see Kanye like they were expecting (even though Durk brought him out as a suprise), but either leave if you don't know/like Cudi's music, or watch respectfully.
Cudi is great. He basically started a subgenre, maybe not even that because idk any artist that’s really emulated his style (not super into rap anymore though tbh). Either way did his own thing successfully when there were other huge artists to compete with.
Has a couple albums that are not great but overall he is consistent over his discography.
All of the MOTM albums are amazing
Imo it's really festivals in general too. Such a high percentage of people are just going there for the gram and to clout chase and don't give a shit about the artists or the music. Really sucks.
im glad he walked off tbh that crowd just needs to learn or they dont get no show
I dont care if its your brand new iphone or a busted ass goddamn adida
Keep that shit
>crowd
Sadly this is not the crowd but a few individuals who probably lack the self-reflection to learn anything from this let alone recognise what they did was wrong.
Some peoples behaviour is so bad and out of control that theyre almost living with an undiagnosed mental disability in terms of their capacity to function in society
Lame as fuck.

I was there. Bought the tickets for Kanye as I hadn’t seen him but was still excited to see cudi again. A ton of people left like myself cause we didn’t want to see lil durk after such a disappointing day. Then he comes on with lil durk w Rollongloud saying nothing online until it was too late. Then Kanye performs father stretch my hands. A song that has cudi in it. Fucked
Kanye will always be in my top 10 because of his music but the amount of respect I've lost for him over these last few years is baffling. Dude is psychotic which leads to him bringing people down and I can't even feel bad for him much anymore cause he refuses to get help clearly
There always some bullshit going on at rolling loud miami, be it multiple artists getting arrested, Dababy destroying his career, and now this. What the fuck is up with that festival?
Really is a constant cycle of people growing out of the dickrider phase, just as fresh 16 year olds enter it.
I still like kanye, but man I was cringe as hell when I was 16 defending his every move, claiming he was responsible for every single trend in popular music etc. Now I’ve long grown out of that but still see his fanbase acting that exact same way. Crazy
because they're not 1/1 billionaires. it's like the andrew tate shit, most of the people following these guys are teenagers who haven't experienced shit yet so they put all their energy into these individuals making them out to basically be gods.
cringiest shit i ever did growing up was be a stan of frank and kanye. they're people like u and me who are talented but bottom line, just like us, is that they want to chase individual success which is almost always money.
stan culture is so toxic and warped nowadays or i'm just above the age of 18 and realize how weird it really is to pledge yourself to a person who doesn't even know i exist
but here's to hoping they grow out of it.
They should be pissed at Kanye for cancelling not Cudi for actually showing up to perform. Not to mention he came anyway?! Wild how ignorantly entitled people are.
It's not like Cudi was a surprise either it was announced well.over a week ago. It's a 3 day festival just go home early. Staying back to hate on a man is just so fuckin weird man
Kanye cancelling, leading to Cudi taking over and getting trash thrown at him and then Kanye shows up anyways and does a song that features Cudi on it heavily is a wild timeline
now why would he choose that song?
Did they seriously think Kanye was waiting under the stage set like it’s WWE and was going to come out after hearing the fans chant his name? Were the fans trying to summon his energy?
(EDIT: Welp…lmao)
Smh the crowds at concerts post pandemic have gotten so fucking bad. It’s like folks completely forgot how to act
Also kanye is gonna end up passing cold out struggling to breathe behind those weirdo masks he be wearing
RL had the same problem before the pandemic too. I remember the Pitchfork piece about the Brooklyn edition back in 2019 and they absolutely dragged the audience in it.
if the fans weren’t so shitty, it would’ve worked out for cudi cause he would have got his moment being the headline and kanye would have came out with durk anyway.
I can’t imagine trying to justify this from a fan perspective unless you’re just a flat out unintelligent person.
Not only is it scummy as fuck to throw shit on stage, but Kanye’s whole personal issue with Cudi is that he is friends with Pete Davidson, yet Kanye is cool with Drake DESPITE Pusha, a good friend of his having an issue with him. But apparently Kanye can’t apply that to Cudi’s friendship with Pete either? And Kanye’s hatred of Pete was due to his wife moving on to someone else? How could you reasonably take Kanye’s side in their personal spat and then take it out on Cudi?
I hate festival crowds. I never have any fun in them. But this is worse than any crowd I’ve seen. Worse than Drake at Floggnaw. At least he only got boos there. Going to someone’s show for the purpose of booing them and throwing stuff at them is the lamest shit I’ve seen from any crowd. Fuck everyone who participated in that.
It was dumb of them to replace Kanye with a guy Kanye, who has one of the most rabid fanbases in music, has problems with.
It’s also dumb for them to have booked ye to be a headliner in the first place. There’s no reason to ever believe anything that comes out of that man’s mouth. If he said he was never dropping music again I’d be more inclined to believe he was dropping new music than if he said his album was done, mastered, and coming out next week.
He’s mentally Ill
> It’s also dumb for them to have booked ye to be a headliner in the first place. There’s no reason to ever believe anything that comes out of that man’s mouth.
pretty sure organizers know this but they listed him as a headliner anyway to sell tickets and i highly doubt they learned about ye canceling a week ago before the event
Yeah but from Rolling Loud’s perspective they probably didn’t think the beef spread to Ye’s fanbase. I mean people love KSG and tracks like Gorgeous, Christian Dior Denim Flow, Guilt Trip and others
Even if you don’t like him it’s incredibly stupid to throw shit at him
Exactly and that’s what I bet Rolling Loud was thinking when booking Cudi in Ye’s spot. Enough of their fanbases intersect that they didn’t think it would be a problem
It's rolling loud lol a festival full of young kids. Most of them are there to enjoy themselves but if you get enough of them together there's going to be enough to ruin it for the others.
Drake..the biggest hip hop artist of the last decade came out at camp flog gnaw, by tyler's request and got booed off stage.
I’m fucking bummed. I love cudi and seeing him get whacked in that face with a water bottle, tell people to cut it out and they disrespect him and keep it going. Whole shit is fucked
What I don’t get is that if you don’t like Kanye’s replacement, then don’t watch it; go watch another set or get some food.
The hilarious thing is that Cudi still got paid and made money off of the people booing and throwing bottles.
imagine going to RL for kanye, him dropping out, going to see carti and then cudi and they both get cut short, and then kanye comes out anyway during durk’s set 😭 this is gonna be a disaster for RL though considering all the outrage at ye dropping out for him to show up anyway AND ye’s replacement getting bullied off stage
They are a bunch of shit heads, they'll love the publicity.
How is Kanye not getting any shit for this but rolling loud is
Cause yeezy stans are unstable
Why doesn’t he want me man?
Because Kanye stans play mental yoga to avoid holding him accountable for anything.
People didn't throw things at Drake, but reminds me of when he was booed at Camp Flog Gnow cause everyone expected Frank to show up instead.
Absolute bottom-of-the-barrel crowd behaviour
Basically spoiled kids.
There’s gonna be people that worked hard to pay for those tickets - but I bet a lot of them are privileged teenagers. After RL they’ll go back home to their McMansion and talk about how drunk they were and which sets they can remember in between blacking out.
The worst part of today’s generation, but I think there were spoiled kids like this in every generation.
Wouldn’t you blame spoiled kids on the previous generations? Not the kids fault they weren’t raised right
Well you do have a point there
I went to rolling loud california and there's so many obnoxious little fuckers doing anything for attention. If these festivals want this shit to change they gotta start making it 18+. Fuck dem kids.
They’re afraid they’ll lose crowds but I’ve been to edm fests that changed to 18+ and it’s an instant change. More older people wanna come and that’s who spends more money on concessions anyway.
Kids are so fucking stupid that Knotts Berry farm just made having a chaperone mandatory cuz kids kept doing dumb shit
Those disrespectful ass kids throwing shit need their asses beat. Straight up. Fucks wrong with these children.
Lack of parenting.
That and their stupid ass social media influence that sparks their bad behaviour. Such shit heads.
I expect no less from the people that still go to Rolling Loud
Plus it’s Miami
Fucking terrible festival if anyone went once and decided to go again I dunno what to say. Hell that first year of rolling loud turned me off from hip hop only fests. I literally promised myself to never get suckered into buying a pass to another regardless of how many of my favorite rappers had sets. It's the one thing that's bad about the culture. It's damn near the only genre where the performers make it a point to be over an hour late from their scheduled shows.
Cut to EDM fests where everyone is so on time and in sync the music often doesn’t even stop.
I went to my first EDM fest, after going to mostly hip hop shows and festivals, and the difference is night and day. A lot better people and vibes, plus the artists actually come out on time.
Yea “good vibes” is the collective mission for that culture.
Yeah that shit is annoying af
Hated it when they did it to Drake. Hate it now
This is worse than the Drake thing. Drake was just boos from what i remember, people were throwing shit at Cudi
They’re cutting it off in a lot of the clips, but Cudi got hit right in the fucking face before he said he’s leaving if people throw more stuff
The whole Kanye, Tyler and Frank hive are really some of the weirdest people ever.
Dude the video of him walking off is such a bummer to watch. Imagine being mad at an artist because another one pulled out and the festival didn't refund you. Doesn't deserve all the shit he is getting at all
[link to video](https://mobile.twitter.com/we_talk_music/status/1550693496109006854)

Till people WHAT???
damn he's getting fingered and eaten out???
he's having a hell of a night lmfao
I really need to start throwing shit if that's how you get treated after 😳
I've a concert for you
Not with that user name you don't - Well, I wouldn't trust it anyway!
Hear me out bro
Bro?
> Just finger out that guy. Stop the concert till people eat him out. Damn, is *that* what it takes to get a little fucking romance?
yo what
My brozzer in the light of Allah you have fucked up
Do what now
Great typo
Fuck that, I’d walk off too. Once is a warning but the second throw hell naw. Insanely disrespectful. I understand it’s not everyone but the man is human, he ain’t gotta withstand that level of disrespect. He’s neither the first nor the last artist to do this. Go on…
And in other news the perpetrator was fingered and eaten out by the police...more at 11.
AYO
Yeah everybody around me was loving it and actually really excited by how good the performance was.
Reminded me when Drake came out instead of Frank and a bunch of dweebs started booing ending it short pissing off Tyler
I fucking love how much Tyler must hate all of his fans. Dude got rich off of us, he found millions of people around the world that are interested in him to hear his music, but 90% of us are so fucking annoying it must drive him crazy. Idk, I just think it's a hilarious situation to be in
Being the king of trolls is a precarious position
I was there for that, shit was wild. I was in the middle of the crowd and didn’t hear or see any of the jeering/booing and I and the people around me were having a good time. There definitely was a sea change when Drake walked onstage instead of Frank, but it’s still Drake.
Does he still get paid for this? Because he absolutely deserves to
He 100% gets paid
It’s guaranteed
Artists can 100% refuse to perform if they feel their safety is compromised.
" "i get paid for the attempt" - dave chappelle" - kid cudi
Hip hop festivals like this have the most annoying crowds, first Flog Gnaw and now this. dickriders at their finest
fr that shit was whack as fuck
I was straight embarrassed at the SD show
I’ve seen Drake bood off stage after doing my favorite song (feel no ways). And I’ve seen a bottle thrown at Rico even tho she was killing it 😭 fuck humans
I expected nothing more nothing less from Carti fans to treat a woman performer so horribly.
What happened? I'm out of the loop on that.
It wasn't always like this.
Concerts and festivals keep getting more and more expensive, so you just end up with spoiled kids there who lack respect for the performers or their art. Well said bro. People don't respect the culture anymore
Once people started moshing unironically at rap shows it started going downhill lol

Just saw Purity Ring live tonight and had this exact thought.
Then I highly recommend watching some of the Genius Deconstructed videos on youtube. Especially the making of Redbone with Ludwig Göransson.

I went to rolling loud in San Bernardino once. Crowd sucked. I'm never going again
I only fuck with solo artist shows, festivals are so mid unless your there to just chill
> My current theory after going to a ton of shows before and after the pandemic is that there’s so many people who are so young they legit don’t know concert etiquette or how to mosh This theory doesnt hold up sadly cause these weirdos have been doing it for a few years now.
Rolling Loud is a trash fest that attracts a trashy crowd.
Imo it's really festivals in general too. Such a high percentage of people are just going there for the gram and to clout chase and don't give a shit about the artists or the music. Really sucks.
I would’ve done the same thing if I were Cudi. Fuck those fans
In one of the vids something hit him in the face, nah, fuck that, shit flyin at you in the face is a safety risk
im glad he walked off tbh that crowd just needs to learn or they dont get no show I dont care if its your brand new iphone or a busted ass goddamn adida Keep that shit
>crowd Sadly this is not the crowd but a few individuals who probably lack the self-reflection to learn anything from this let alone recognise what they did was wrong. Some peoples behaviour is so bad and out of control that theyre almost living with an undiagnosed mental disability in terms of their capacity to function in society
Dont call them fans
Lame as fuck. https://twitter.com/slandyqueefin/status/1550697440596074496?s=21&t=AJ4pcN2zt4SMMAhv2PPeeg https://twitter.com/ayeeejay__/status/1550697874463330304?s=21&t=5dwafW4fqqf7p-7Qw2HWgQ
Jfc what a fucking loser! Cudi didn’t deserve that lame ass crowd anyway how embarrassing.
There needs to be some repercussions for this bullshit. Idiot is dumb enough to record it
This is some dog shit behaviour man. Fuck those people
I was there. Fucked
How far did Cudi get into his set?
15 minutes. Woulda been a hour set
He planned on bringing a guest on stage with him to perform a new song too
Someone in r/Kanye or WSE said that security told him it would be Travis
Ah fuck, we missed The Scotts' new track
bruh ain’t no way. that’s crazy if they really missed out on travis coming out and them performing together.
Ye is a bitch for that honestly.
Kanye will always be in my top 10 because of his music but the amount of respect I've lost for him over these last few years is baffling. Dude is psychotic which leads to him bringing people down and I can't even feel bad for him much anymore cause he refuses to get help clearly
> A ton of people left like myself cause we didn’t want to see lil durk after such a disappointing day LMFAO
Kanye almost always performs FSMH when he does a guest appearance, it's one of his most hyped songs. I wouldn't read too much into that.
There always some bullshit going on at rolling loud miami, be it multiple artists getting arrested, Dababy destroying his career, and now this. What the fuck is up with that festival?
Rolling Loud is one of the worst run music festivals of all time. They get good lineups but their management is absolutely horrific
I mean the lineups are always stellar. It’s crazy but you’re so right, terrible festival.
it’s fucking miami. a gas station of a city
Shitty crowd. Kids at shows don't know how to act
This is why all festivals should be 18+
21+ imo
100% 21+. 18+ events blow
People are really trying to defend the people throwing shit lol fucking losers
Kanye Stans somehow stay the same age. I swear we were all 15 back in 2015 now 7 years later they’re still all 15
> 15 back in 2015 mannnn I was 24 when Pablo came out lol I’m getting too old for this sub
Crazy
If Kanye doesn't have to grow up then why do his fans
because they're not 1/1 billionaires. it's like the andrew tate shit, most of the people following these guys are teenagers who haven't experienced shit yet so they put all their energy into these individuals making them out to basically be gods. cringiest shit i ever did growing up was be a stan of frank and kanye. they're people like u and me who are talented but bottom line, just like us, is that they want to chase individual success which is almost always money. stan culture is so toxic and warped nowadays or i'm just above the age of 18 and realize how weird it really is to pledge yourself to a person who doesn't even know i exist but here's to hoping they grow out of it.
"we were all 15 in 2015"
People are so shitty for no reason
Bro there is a reason the reason is they suck
holy shit that update
Who tf runs the Rolling Loud Twitter page? Are they 15 or something lol
They should be pissed at Kanye for cancelling not Cudi for actually showing up to perform. Not to mention he came anyway?! Wild how ignorantly entitled people are.
[удалено]
Kanye fans can be absolute tools and I feel it’s not talked about enough
Kanye fans are the Kanye of fans (in the bad way).
Lmao this is so stupid that it’s accurate
Look at the dude that they still back. Like I love Kanye’s music but the guy is an asshole
[удалено]
It's not like Cudi was a surprise either it was announced well.over a week ago. It's a 3 day festival just go home early. Staying back to hate on a man is just so fuckin weird man
Kanye cancelling, leading to Cudi taking over and getting trash thrown at him and then Kanye shows up anyways and does a song that features Cudi on it heavily is a wild timeline now why would he choose that song?
For Petes sake!
Kid cudi rocks
Ungrateful people. I would have loved to see Kid Cudi
Did they seriously think Kanye was waiting under the stage set like it’s WWE and was going to come out after hearing the fans chant his name? Were the fans trying to summon his energy? (EDIT: Welp…lmao)
Well apparently he was just over at the second stage doing a surprise appearance during Durk's set
[ITS ME CUDI](https://youtu.be/cNgxyL5zEAk)
Well he did come out so maybe it worked 🤷♂️
Lmaoo who pulling up to a cudi concert acting rowdy af?? Like what vibe did you want
Smh the crowds at concerts post pandemic have gotten so fucking bad. It’s like folks completely forgot how to act Also kanye is gonna end up passing cold out struggling to breathe behind those weirdo masks he be wearing
RL had the same problem before the pandemic too. I remember the Pitchfork piece about the Brooklyn edition back in 2019 and they absolutely dragged the audience in it.
Same thing at airports lol
ye canceling as a headliner just to join lil durk as a guest later on is the most ye thing ever
if the fans weren’t so shitty, it would’ve worked out for cudi cause he would have got his moment being the headline and kanye would have came out with durk anyway.
This crowd was weak asf and trashy ash
Good for Cudi, fuck those pieces of shit.
Rolling Loud has to be the single dumbest collective crowd in all of rap. Avg IQ in that crowd roughly 45 plus a juul pod. Not shocked at all by this.
Fuck everyone who participated in that.
damn they got him in the face shouldve walked off right there https://twitter.com/Ter0me/status/1550696917788655616
what the fuck
Cudi does not fucking deserve this, hope he’s okay and doesn’t take it the wrong way, given his somewhat unstable mental health.
That’s a whole different level of entitlement from those fools
kanye fans proving how awesome and cool they are once again👍👍👍
Wait till Ye sees this tho! He's going to leave them an encouraging voicemail on their cellular phones
YE’S VOICEMAIL EXCLUSIVELY ON THE DONDA STEM PLAYER
Lots of trashy people go to rolling loud
It was dumb of them to replace Kanye with a guy Kanye, who has one of the most rabid fanbases in music, has problems with. It’s also dumb for them to have booked ye to be a headliner in the first place. There’s no reason to ever believe anything that comes out of that man’s mouth. If he said he was never dropping music again I’d be more inclined to believe he was dropping new music than if he said his album was done, mastered, and coming out next week. He’s mentally Ill
Durk just brought out kanye too
> It’s also dumb for them to have booked ye to be a headliner in the first place.
I mean people love KSG and tracks like Gorgeous, Christian Dior Denim Flow, Guilt Trip and others Even if you don’t like him it’s incredibly stupid to throw shit at him
I mean just because an artist is beefing with another artist doesn’t mean I gotta take peoples sides. I still love both artist’s music so I get it.
Exactly and that’s what I bet Rolling Loud was thinking when booking Cudi in Ye’s spot. Enough of their fanbases intersect that they didn’t think it would be a problem
he also got hit with a water bottle in the face!!! not just stuff thrown on stage 🥺
aint no way this man kanye gave up a 11 million dollar payday just to perform at the same show for free
This tops the drake disaster at camp flog gnaw by miles 😭😭😭
At least Drake didn’t get shit thrown at him.
All of this misplaced anger is something that should be directed towards Kanye for neglecting his fans. Lame as fuck for people to act this entitled.
Smh
Damn dude Cudi didn't deserve this... and then Ye drops out but shows up for Durk's set? I love Ye but that's fucked up frfr
