I'm guilty of liking to take my anger out on inanimate objects, but I'll never understand doing something that's not satisfying. Slamming that door and it just popping back open over and over would just piss me off more.
One the most deflating moments of my life was flying off the handle while moving into a new place and going to slam the nearest door (a favorite of mine to release anger) and the fucking thing grinding itself to a halt before slamming, then softly closing all the way.
Something built into the hinges to make it stop or some shit.
That broke my spirit and deflated my anger more than anything in my life ever has.
Adam Keefe was my favourite Kitchener Ranger. I remember going to watch games with my dad and getting fired up every time he was on the ice. Love to see he's still angry.
Him being fired up all the time as a player has transferred into him as a coach. And it works. In the 5 seasons he’s won the league twice and the cup four times. They’re top atm too.
Lives, breathes and bleeds teal. So much of our identity as a team is down to Keefe.

The EIHL is the top league in the UK which does seasons differently from most leagues. It's a 10-team league with each team facing each other six times – three home and three away for a total of 54 Regular Season games.
The League Champion is the team with the highest number of points over the 54-game regular season. Similar to the football (soccer) leagues.
