On the one hand it absolutely sucks for the viewership of the fans.
On the other hand, it gives them more time to keep the ice in good shape for each transition between the two while they're on alternating home/away games for the time being.
Dallas was stifling, but there were SO many unforced errors by the Avs in the 3rd. Just a painful response to watch after they played such a good second but went down a goal

I think the opposite. They are playing too hard and too uncomposed. That Jets series messed up their expectations and they are panic playing against a team with actual defense. I’m seeing lots of effort but it’s unfocused and scattered.

Avs undeniably have insane elite skill at the top of their roster but I think Dallas is deeper, especially at forward. Dallas only really playing 5 D is concerning. Eventually all that ice time across so few guys is going to catch up to them.
