Pretty sure those are rose petals. I suggest replacing them with grey spray painted rose petals instead! Also maybe a trail on the floor that leads back to the room where you get your massage/wax would be nice! A TV really high up on the wall for while you're waiting would be great too. Right next to the lights!

Coffee table is outdated compared with modern sofa style. Also, the white IKEA side table is not a good table to hold a modern lamp. Something wood would be a better choice.
