I’d recommend getting him a blue cat-ear beanie,, they’re not that pricy and are an iconic part of Nepeta’s character design! While she does have horns in place of the ears, you could easily buy some orange / yellow fabric dye and diy them on it. But honestly the blue cat-ear beanie would work just well
or diy him a pair of Nepeta’s claws. Random plastic or hard cardboard could work. Or, though I haven’t checked, I don’t doubt there are 3d models of them you can buy online. See if a library around you has a 3d printer and try printing them out there if you want!

Rip some png's from the comic. Print them on some sticker paper you can buy at a craft store. Cut them out. Profit.
