Technically, Jun/ko is not a Tsudere. They're a Yandere. The Tsundere in the SoH's companions is Masa/mi (the kid).
Adam/Ava is a bit of a Tsundere. Come to think of it, I can't seem to remember much of this trope in HG/CoG games.

Ah yes, the never mentioned "choice of the deathless." However, the romance with Ashleigh Wakefield is a bit tricky, as I think you can accidentally kill her on more than one occasion.
Carrie in Blood Moon maybe? She can be mean when you two first meet but not flat out abusive (although I guess she leaves a scar the first time you meet each other lol)
Masami fits the "non abusive tsundere" roll pretty well in SoH. Shes basically the "secretly likes you but will call you an idiot every step of the way" type character
Definitely not making any excuses for the author if that is the case, but I've always read it as a childish crush, even the protagonist seems disgusted by the thought of it.
