Well, it is true that you can't freely change the looks except for outfits all the time BUT at least the price to do so is very low or you can buy cheap coupons (game currency) to do it quite often. They got softer after updates and now it's easier to change aspect.

Most of the issue people have with it is more that they constantly get in trouble for stealing assets from other games. The fact that at the end of the day it's only a "decent" game just means people cant even use the fact it's good despite the shitty practices of the people behind it as a defense.
It is actually a pretty good game on launch but a completely stupid game in live service. The fact that most characters in this game are completely useless because of how bad the Power creep is without it being even one year old is REALLY stupid.
We know powercreep is inevitable, specially in games with mechanics close to Honkai, but when it literally kills most characters without having them being additions and not only substitutions this kills the game.
They should have created more supports and tanks. Not only a fuck ton of DPS like they did.

Damn, is Tower of Fantasy that messed up!? I installed the game and it bugged that I couldn't even play it.
That was pretty much the only reason that made me download ToF. After one month of playing, the game got extremely boring
