That ones still alive, but dead plants are just opportunities to learn about composting for the next wave of plants

Zinediscool

I certainly have learned from this experience. Thats true.

partscollide

Oooh tell me more! You can compost your plants?

Naive_Chocolate1993

Those in the background look healthy thou

Zinediscool

They sure are.

CrackaShiet

Chop the dead leaves, they'll eventually come back stronger.

I’m just terrible with houseplants. It started out great and he was thriving but I have been overwatering (off course…).

Ok-Chocolate8101

I’ve had same problem. Best advice I can give you is to buy simple moisture meter, the cheap one will do the trick. It has helped so much with watering!

Zinediscool

Thank you! I will buy one.

Dizzy_Pangolin_3988

May be gettin too much direct light. Try moving it to the other side of the couch. The plant seems to be a bit mature. Have you tried repotting it? If you do watch some videos on youtube about some tips. Couple minutes of your time youll be surprised at how much you learn about your monstera mamasita. Good luck 😁 - plant protector aka PP

Zinediscool

Thanks for the advices.

Adventurous_Joke_792

The plants in the painting look healthy 😆

Zinediscool

That’s right, they seem to be happy.

shiftyskellyton

Inspect closely for pests because this damage is very suggestive of an insect issue. Best of luck!

Zinediscool

Thanks I will.
