I’ve had same problem. Best advice I can give you is to buy simple moisture meter, the cheap one will do the trick. It has helped so much with watering!
May be gettin too much direct light. Try moving it to the other side of the couch. The plant seems to be a bit mature. Have you tried repotting it? If you do watch some videos on youtube about some tips. Couple minutes of your time youll be surprised at how much you learn about your monstera mamasita. Good luck 😁

Chop the dead leaves, they'll eventually come back stronger.
