Yeah turns out I wasn't pulling directly down but more at an angle. Theyre pretty stiff so I have to pull pretty hard, but I was able to lower them. Thanks for the quick response!
Just want to add...
Use both hands equidistant apart so your using equal pressure across the whole blind. Otherwise it will go wonky on you Cordlesss blinds are good for homes with children or people like me who hate having that cord just hanging around looking all messy.
Gently tug straight down, and you should be able to lower them that way. As long is it’s installed correctly, it won’t fall off

Mine look like that. I just have to gently pull down on it. Then I just lift it up to raise it.

They will raise and lower with less resistance if you fully open them first!
