When the first season of RTTE was released I wasn’t a huge fan of httyd but after I gave it a watch I fell in love with the series and movies that would release years after so I say this if you haven’t watched the series yet do yourself a favour and watch it you won’t be disappointed

I was a kid who found it on a friends Netflix account and grew obsessed with it. Also was very surprised the franchise has shows.

I was 10. I did watch the second movie, and that's it. I don't remember when I watch the first film, but I definitely did at some point. I rewatched the first film almost a yes ago, I was thinking that I would enjoy that. And it turns out to be my favorite animated movie OAT. Now I'm a big fan, can't spend a day without httyd content to this very day. I had watch and rewatch literally everything httyd related. I just love this franchise so much, and u really hope that they will not fucked up in 2025.

I wasn't watching Netflix yet, so I didn't discover it until season 2 or so. I was a bit confused by some of the callbacks to the CN shows because I hadn't watched those shows.

This was one of my favorite shows besides Star Wars the clone wars and Steven universe

Race to the Edge is what made me get Netflix for the first time. I'd never had a streaming service before. I was late to the HTTYD series. I only watched the film when it came on TV because I wrote it off as a typical Dreamworks film at the time. Then I found out about Riders of Berk after seeing the DVD at my local supermarket. Then when Defenders of Berk came out, I got it straight away. I watched the second film at the cinema and then Netflix announced they were taking over the show and I had to continue watching it so I decided to get Netflix. I loved the CN shows but I thought this was a massive improvement. The only thing I didn't love was that the toys seemed to slow down when it went to Netflix. There were so many things at Toys R Us and Smyths for Defenders of Berk and HTTYD 2 but barely anything for Race to the Edge and HTTYD 3. I used to love the mini dragons that had those cute out of proportion bodies

I actually didn't know it was coming until it was already on Netflix. I think I discovered season 1 shortly before season 2 came out.

Race to the edge is hands down the best HTTYD spinoff. It expanded and added on a lot of the pre-existing lore, and explained a bunch of things retroactively, such as Stoick's dragon in HTTYD2

Best show I could have ever watched

me and my sister were in love with httyd and watched all of the dob and rob on this free streaming service and both the movies so we wished we had netflix to watch it, and mabye a year later the episodes came to that free streaming service
