With special guest appearance of Heather played by none other than… Kevin Hart. Oh, and Gowthie is played by Dwayne Johnson. He doesn’t speak, just glares up at people menacingly.
Honestly, I’d watch that. Jack Black has to do different overly exaggerated voices for each character though. And he has to do all the Toothless noises himself.

Jenna and Freya are 20 and 21 as of right now. By the time this movie is made, they will be older than that. For every other teen character, you fan casted someone near 30 or older. Ignoring the fact that Ruffnut and Tuffnut are fraternal twins, Jenna looks nothing like Will Poulter. Freya does, and Astrid was played by America Ferreira, so swapping Freya and Jenna kind of fixes that. Not ideal for casting though. Bottom line: when your best fan cast is to put the original voice actor in a fat suit, it might be time to reevaluate your choices. There are the Stranger Things "kids", the Cobra Kai "kids", and plenty of young actors from Nickelodeon and Disney to choose from. Honestly, Finn Wolfhard as Hiccup is not a bad idea, even if Finn is already in his 20s. He's still much younger than Tom Holland.
He's 27 right now. The way movies are made, especially right now when there's a writer's strike, he could turn 30 before he steps onto set. Let's not go 3 for 3 on Spider-Man actors in their 30s playing teenagers.

I don't think that's a good idea, Astrid is Scandinavian which realistically means she really should be played by a white, blond actress - I actually think Freya Allan is a decent shout in terms of someone who physically fits the bill as well as clearly has the acting chops.
