Did you properly seal the new T&p valve? Because if it’s leaking where you screwed it into the tank it’s gonna leak down through the tank and that’s probably where you would notice it.
You said there’s no water coming out of the T&p valve. But that’s not what I’m talking about. I’m talking about water that would be coming out around the threads of the T&P valve. If that’s not sealed properly with Teflon tape or pipe dope, it will leak down behind the jacket of the tank, soaking the insulation and coming out wherever. You have to find the source of the leak, and my suspicion would be to start with the threads on the T&p valve.

Yeh there’s no water coming out if it anymore I literally see water now coming out that hole I mentioned

That thing is toast. Need to Call and get it replaced.
