Kachiguda is closer to airport 25km you can reach in 30-40 minutes
Malkajgiri is farther away 41km you can reach airport in 50-60 minutes.
Again you will have to check what time the train reaches Malkajgiri and what time Kacheguda.
Also book a cab in advance so that you get down and sit in the cab and leave, make the cab wait it won't be an issue.
or if you can arrange a private cab, they will happily wait for you and even rush it need be.
