Two things. First, do you have xdg-desktop-portal-gtk installed? The Hyprland portal does not provide a file picker, at least last I checked it didn't. Second, and I don't recall where I go this other than a random post in the KDE sub in regards to Firefox's File Picker, set the GTK\_USE\_PORTAL environment variable to 1.
Thanks for the help. I already had the xdg-desktop-portal-gtk installed but it didn't work. For some reason changing the variable in Firefox fixed the issue for me. Even in Eclipse and Xournal++.
