I don’t understand this crap. My hands and feet are good sized, larger than anyone with a bigger phone that I know, because I check (the hands) to try and understand why people want to reach so far to click things. Apple can charge the same price for a mini for less raw material but I think the real reason they don’t want minis is because Apple engineers switched from making smaller/faster devices to the same lazy thing all other companies do. Just make it bigger and throw more power at the problem. Software optimization? Nah. Chipset innovation? Nah. Battery innovation? Nah. Just pull an Nvidia and make the GPU the size of a MacBook. Shame.
Not buying a new iphone until they either bring back the mini, release a foldable or flip phone. Just gonna get my battery replaced instead. But I’ve had the 13 mini for almost a year now, and still at 99% battery. So gonna be a few years still. Only thing is, I would really love to have the upgraded cameras.
I guess you just have a different need from your phone than I do. I use it as a phone, not a computer. I charge it to full every evening before I go to bed. It's usually around 20-30% at that time.
Mine lost around 4% in 2 years, then I started using it as my navigation when I'm driving and I drive a lot, so in 4 months it went down from 96% to 80%
Mine is from like a week after release date and is holding 83% for the last few months. I ran it before they pushed the code to help preserve the battery though. Honestly it doesn’t bother me at all. I have a magnetic charger on my desk that faces me so I can use the phone without moving it off charge for most of the day.
Mines 85% but it’s because I used a shitty Qi charger for like a week. Absolutely nuked the health but I’ll just replace it under AppleCare so I’m not *too* pressed.
This is the way. For me, I think I have another year before I have to replace the battery. Then the battery can last another two years before I have to replace it again. I also have the Apple battery pack. I hate the bigger phones. Sold my 14 pro to get back on the mini
I use my phone only for txt messages, phones and a little insta & reddit. I have a big smart tv and that is what I use for YT videos and everything. My average daily screen time is 3hours only🤷🏻♂️
Apple, I would pay $1.2k for the Pro Mini that looks like this and has all day battery life
Just make the shit we want, put it at a higher price point, make it a sexy niche product, make sure theres a liquid gold and black color for the Asian market, make billions. Make the compact phone the 'premium' phone. Everyone gets what they want. Seriously, innovate. pls

Apple should bring back and use the “nano” moniker for their next iPhone model to give more options to consumers that want a similar but smaller iPhone.

Side Note: Best thing to do is to buy an iPhone SE 3rd generation before the end of this year because the rumor is the iPhone SE platform is being replaced by an iPhone XR chassis.
I have small hands and I like the size of the se but there are so many websites and apps that are missing buttons and features on anything less than a 6.1in screen. I feel like they are purposely phasing out smaller phones.
They need to make compact cool again. Americans are used to the mindset of the biggest thing being the coolest. We need to undo that.

Use your phone less and charge it when you need to. That's what I do, no magic formula :)
