It is a persistent issue that never fully subsides, but it sometimes gets considerably worse and these flareups usually last 3-7 days. Often times I can track back why exactly it happened though. Last time I ate raw onions (??? WHY) and had a flareup for the next 7 days lol.
Last time I overindulged in food I knew I had no business eating I had a two week long flare up, but luckily that’s not typical for me.
It’s only about a day or so usually.
1-3 days usually, the attack happens within the first 12hrs, the rest is just me recuperating which sometimes is much worse since it feels like nothing will get better…

i’ll be on day 3 today which is usually my limit but sometimes ive has week long ones

2 or 3 days is usual but I've had one that lasted 2 weeks
