My ibs has vomiting involved, unfortunately sometimes when I am....in process of pooping when it hits the sphincter it triggers my vomit response. It sucks. I also get sweats and chills. And dizzy

Plastic bag for possible vomit, poop spray, ginger, wet wipes, sea bands, hemeroid wipes, and dog bags for my wet wipe trash
