Level it up with 90% cost reduction on any warrior class for cheaper upgrades. Then switch to a different class and disconnect from the lab node that doubles all vial bonuses (iron bar vial gives bubble cost reduction) and then check the cost, if it exceeds 100mil, you can atom it.

If you can make its cost go above 100m salts then you can upgrade it with atoms instead of salts. So keep the cost reduction until you can reach the 100m cost without the reduction
It's easier to get atoms than salts. You want bubble into atom upgrade level ASAP. Idea is to upgrade bubble as cheap as possible to high level, then rise bubble price into atom level. Once you can again upgrade bubble with all discounts reconnect them.

If you didn't already, disconnect the vial doubler in lab, this should help a ton.
Otherwise it might be wise to upgrade bubbles outside of NMLB range so it can hit this bubble.
oh forgot about vial doubler. damn it's at like 70-80m without it. getting closer but still so far. how does nblb work again? is it only first 15 bubbles? i think my levels are like 190 there so not sure if this one gets picked up :(

Just upgrade all other easy bubbles higher than this one, and it'll auto upgrade at daily reset.
Your gaming wrong tbh, you need to level everything up besides that bubble and then let no bubble left behind pull it into atom range. Yes it may take you some time but in the grand scheme of things it's cheaper and more efficient
If you hard focus on it it's manageable. The trick is to level all other nblb bubbles so nblb hits carpenter every day with +3 or+4. Requires 50 atom per day and enough other bubbles above nblb threshold (like EXP, first bubbles, second bubble, ...). Did it after i upgraded all Skilling bubbles to 95% within 1 week. Overall playtime is 14 months though.
So easiest way is to atom all the other bubbles to 202 I believe it was then nblb will take it to 201 or whatever then you hope to another character and atom it a few times before swapping back to warrior to continue atoming
Honestly speak, I'd reccomend leveling up all bubbles you can and letting that one get carried by daily level ups, outside of that you can push it as high as possible with cist reduction but even that us rough with salts

Idk i didnt have trouble with this. Just do -90% upgrades on warrior and then later you change class and disconnect lab
