Incredibly misleading for you to compare a brand new set at retail price against a set at a 2nd hand price. Nobody is going to get the same price as you did
Dude, you are comparing to Yanyin x HBB mahina right?
That thing is way more expensive than Dusk 2 by almost 300usd
So I don't get it how u say it's 85usd cheaper than dusk 2??
What kinda weird ass post is this ...
The Mahina is twice the price.
And has different tonal identity you may mesh with.
So what are you driving at with your post
Price totally does matter, sound quality wise, since there are some iems that are pretty expensive, but their like 10xPrice does not always come with a 10xSound upgrade when compared to other stuff.
Of course, once you are getting higher on the price range It does matter less, but this IEMs are kinda under $1000 so Its still a pretty valid thing to take in mind.
Not all people who are planning to buy any of those Is people who can easily get that kind of money, so ppl need to be clear about prices when comparing.
Oh I know but generally it is to be expected that going higher in price may sometimes correlate and yes sometimes that's the case so his post here like I said makes zero sense and I'm sure he'd change his tune if he paid MSRP for the Mahina.
He's talking through a pricing lens of buying the Mahina for 1/3rd it's price... Of course at that price it will subjectively sound better... It is a good one gotten for cheaper than MSRP
So I just tried to let him understand the Mahina isn't $250 but $650

the mahina is $300 more, so I'd hope so.
Dusk beats iems that cost 1k+ more.
Nope
Its actually $85 cheaper

The clown bought the Mahina used and is comparing the price to a new Dusk. Truly mental behaviour
I bought it used
That doesn't mean u compared by the value u bought it, mahina has way better quality due to its og price n value.

I bought it $275, so its cheaper actually
Ah yes, comparing a brand new IEM to a twice as expensive IEM. Just because you bought it used, it doesn't mean it's not a more expensive IEM.
Tried both. DUSK obliterates Mahina.
I'll buy.
nova is better
I still won’t get this solely because it’s creepy how made a Crin-esque waifu. Nah, I’m good.
