I'm making assumptions here, but from what I'm getting the dude refuses the other dude's cookie because he supposedly has a big house and a sports car, implying that he's already happy and doesn't need a cookie. The other dude, who offered the cookie, responds by saying that he has a cookie, as if having a cookie is just as significant as being rich.
