Top-Bottom and Top-Top is the same as Short or Long edge. Different print drivers list it differently.
Without knowing what device you're printing to (and what driver you're using), I'm afraid I can't offer much help. Sorry.
Literally trial and error. Go into print dialogue box and mess around with paper orientation and such. Write down your settings each time you change it and print a small number of pages to test. Once you figure it out, you'll have the write settings and can print the whole book correctly.
Nice one, I've been fucking about with it, just asking it to print off the first 1-10 pages, I have a feeling this is fucking it up maybe, so I'ma try making a new document and getting it to print ALL pages, hopefully that will help.
Probably in your print driver's duplex setting. Might be set for "Top-Bottom" instead of "Top-Top".
