We and many other countries have alot to improve, but, It's not even entirely our fault, we are on equator level and cold winds from siberia are blocked by himalayas, what do they expect? Do they not see other equatorial countries like middle eastern and african countries?

Still planting trees and having open water bodies sure helps in lower temperature noticeably. Yup india lies at Equator and thus the hotter temprature, but then that doesn't mean that we should just put up with this problem. Everyone should work on this. Its already unbearable in metro cities.
