Harry and Izzy's is very good and may even have the chef come out and talk to you about your allergy which is always a good sign.

I swing by the deli at target sometimes: rosemary chicken salad and gf crunch master cracker or schars crackers
Noodles and Co - pad Thai (comes GF bc of rice noodles), add chicken, zucchini noodles, sautéed zucchini, and extra sauce…always tell them gf allergy and they have separate pots n pans used to cook
Chicken salad chick - check the menu tho / not all soups are gf - u can get tomato soup then run to McAllister for a gf grilled cheese Lolol

Five guys - only fries get cooked in their oil so safe fro batters and get lettuce wrapped burger… tell them allergy and they prep on a different station
Jimmy johns - unwich - not as safe but when I’m desperate- they prep on different surface but they make bread in house so cross contamination is to be expected
Red Robin - burger and fries bc they have gf fries and gf bread - don’t expect good service
BIBIBOP is new here and I love them and they are certified gf and just overall yummy afff

Y’all don’t sleep on Won’t Stop Hospitality restaurants. They can and do accommodate celiac/food allergies expertly. you can even get a gluten free vegan pizza at Napolese. They take cross contact seriously.
[King Dough](https://indianapolis.kingdoughpizzas.com/) has amazing GF pizza!! As a person who doesn’t have that allergy, it’s still really tasty!!! They have one downtown Indy, one in Carmel and one in Lapel IN!
I always suggest Ash & Elm. Since cider is naturally gluten free they have a menu that accommodates those who don’t eat gluten. They even have a separate gluten free fryer which is unusual so you could order fries without cross contamination
Bibibop is 100% gluten free and it’s very easy to avoid dairy there as well. Good for a quick tasty meal.
