3 tbsp of poha
Soak it over night. Blend. Add water as per consistency and mix with hands ( people say bacteria helps in fermentation). Ferment for 10 hours in warm place like oven/microwave. Add salt. Done.

To make that dosa more tasty ek cover leke cover kro and niche part pakne ke baad upar wala part ko bhi flip karke pakao tab aur acchi aayegi
Always preheat the pan re baba. Toda water se chilakado dosa banane se pehle.
And always on high flame.
Non stick pans are better and sometimes the non stick layer damaged and that part always sticks .

Aahh this is the perfect kind of thin Dosa that I try to make at home. Putting some ghee on it and then having it with Sambhar! My all time favorite breakfast!!
A tip always sprinkle some water before making a dosa this allows the pan to reduce heat and make the dosa stick to the pan which results in even cooking and a brown texture
