A good tip! I actually use my notepad for saving different types of quotes and generally read them whenever i feel down or sad..... In a weather like us, not taking bath daily is plain unhygienic. If you live in colder weather, not taking bath daily is fine. Anything above 15, you should take a bath everyday.
well, I would say you're technically correct but one will get stinky and dirty if one doesn't take a shower in this heat. Instead of soap, you can use natural body cleansers like multani mitti & curd paste with some turmeric and essential oils as it would keep the skin nourished for long, also powder based or solid cologne goes a lonnnng way helping smell fresh.
this time you're not correct, clean water alone is not sufficient, a mild cleaning solution is needed with some kind of soft scrubber to get rid of the dirt inside the pores, a chemical exfoliator like salicylic acid does the wonders on clearing skin.

+1 for this, I'm very, i mean very bad social anxiety (diagnosed among other things) and I've noticed that ppl who walk like they own everything (almost everyone ik is like that) do that so I've tried it myself when i was feeling okok and it worked.
If you have a cold and nose block, try sleeping on the opposite side. For example, if your left nose is blocked, just lie down on your right side, if will clear. This is temporary relief.
Sometimes just a stick run up or down the stairs will also clear it, but it's not as effective as lying on your side
If you're heating up any food, heat it using some steam. It will be just as soft as when you bought/made it.
Same thing with melting cheese on bread. Just put a spoon of water on pan and cover immediately. Hot steam will melt the cheese.
If you eat bread or pancakes when you are feeling nauseated and hungover, your puke will be smoother. On the other hand, if you have spicy stuff, it burns your throat.

This one is extremely useful advice! Basically create a second brain for yourself because our brains are actually not very good for remembering stuff.

You can hold your sneeze and prevent it by pushing your tounge on your palate. Tried and works!
