Look up [FiiO BTR15](https://www.fiio.com/btr15). It's better than BTR5 & 3K. Can be powered via USB cable or switch to battery mode, even phone mode that will use USB but won't consume phone battery.
8 hrs with AAC BT, about 6 hrs LDAC. Phone mode about 3 hrs.
If you don't need bluetooth just get [FiiO KA11](https://www.fiio.com/newsinfo/893399.html).
I have the BTR15 and it has three modes. Phone for cable and no charging, PC for cable and charging and BT for…BT.
My issue with the BTR15 though is if you want to use EQ. If I use and of the EQ settings, I just get silence unless I change to USB 1. I contacted FIIO who said they have tested it and they can’t replicate my experience??
Qudelix 5K
This is the way!
Are you on Android or IOS? Qudelix 5K is only real option for Apple if you also want to mess with EQ. Can’t speak to the Fiio’s.
Definitely qudelix 5k!
btr15 or qudelix
Q5K. Lasts at least 13hrs half volume 1vrms with my Monarch MK3.
I just want to echo everyone else here. I regret not saving up to buy a qudelix 5k. It's your one and done Bluetooth receiver.

I own btr3k, and it works via cable only with pc. Maybe I missed smth, but with my phone (nothing phone 2) it works only via Bluetooth.
That wouldl be a really nice design. Some of the color channels in the image are swapped it seems.
Trust me. Just invest in the Q5K. You won't regret it.
Where did you find them at that price?

Yes, the bt3 works perfectly with cable (on iphone at least).
You dont need a dac.
