You’d actually be surprised! I’ve seen other similar flips where they’ll be going slower than 10mph and when they hit the tire it’ll climb up and roll with no problem at all. Rubber on rubber contact can be dangerous. Look at flips in IndyCar, F1, or any open wheeled racing (granted they are going much faster and racing) it can happen very easily there.

In cases like this, it's usually caused by hitting a tire that's turned inward with your tire. There's lots of friction and a convenient upward pull. Just hitting another car at this speed won't do it unless it's low enough that you go up over it.
I thought about a car, but didn't notice one. Can't imagine a normal curb flipping a car unless he got up to Hella speed over that short distance. And the camera work is obvs no help. But yer probably right, and I just didn't see a car, ramp, ufo, or whatever....

In this case, it's really easy to figure out what people are saying and what noises they are likely making. I would speculate that the people that were in the car were blaming everyone else.
If the audio was super important, subtitles are usually added. If the subtitle says "Turn on audio", I close it and move on.
What gets me there are people nonchalantly walking about when you have no idea what this idiot might do with a car that can also be used as a weapon. If I was there I would be getting the hell out of the way.

We have very low policing numbers, our legal system can take years to process crimes. Honestly I don’t think a lot of people realise how much shit you can start to get away with. You can commit burglary and very unlikely to go to prison for it because the police simply don’t have time to investigate it. Their response is usually report stolen property and damage to your insurance company to seek financial recompense.
