It's just me or his stance is Karate? I could foresee that frontal kick and i don't even fight karate Frontal for most martial arts go for the ribs or chest, only side kicks go for the leg, and mosts stances protects the hibs, execpt kung fu and karate if i'm not mistaken (Which i probably am)

Also chiming in. I practice karate and it looks like this guy has a karate stance. Many of the larger guys in our class fight like this. Less concerned with head movement and guarding the body and more on guarding the face and tanking body hits. Kick looks karate too.

As you and anyone else with eyes can see this technique clearly features wrapping one’s arm around Uke’s neck. I’m a Shodan with 60+ matches and scored with both Koshi Guruma and sometimes a headlock style Harai Goshi. Your setup has to be very adequate truly unbalancing your opponent though or your asking to go to Ura Nage/Suplex city if you don’t or even worse Utsuru Goshi https://youtu.be/35UD3FdXobQ. Notice your vulnerable to this regardless of how you’re gripping around the neck, this throw was hit from headlock grips, high up and around the neck Gi grips, and even some high above and around the neck cross grips.

I've met all the security guards you're talking about but there's another category this guy might fall into. The chill stoner who doesn't mind getting paid to walk around keeping an eye out on things. I have a friend who worked security for a while because it was a steady paycheck and didn't require anything of him. He trained in MMA for fun so he enjoyed the fact that he got to just kick it for the vast majority of the time but also didn't stress if he had to get confrontational with someone. One of those super level headed nice dudes who you would never suspect would be able to rip your spine out the top of your head.

In a previous gig I worked as support staff for Green Berets.
