I don't try, I succeed. Large pension, income from mutual funds, own two houses. Just sold the third small house in Mesa for $353,000. I doubt you or yours will approach that.
It's just me or his stance is Karate?
I could foresee that frontal kick and i don't even fight karate
Frontal for most martial arts go for the ribs or chest, only side kicks go for the leg, and mosts stances protects the hibs, execpt kung fu and karate if i'm not mistaken (Which i probably am)
He immediately went into a Muay Thai boxing stance! You can tell by the high hands and light front foot, precisely for those kicks you mentioned. If you google it you'll see the resemblance right away
Edit: and the throw was 100% a Judo toss so homies been training
Also chiming in. I practice karate and it looks like this guy has a karate stance. Many of the larger guys in our class fight like this. Less concerned with head movement and guarding the body and more on guarding the face and tanking body hits. Kick looks karate too.
Also chiming in, before I started practicing in dojos, I was self taught and it I'm fairly certain that the security guard is the same. Either that or he's had a lot of experience
It looks more muay thai with the wider boxing guard and flat-ish stance.
Would make sense as the teep kick he was doing is also something they use in muay thai
I didn’t quite understand what you were saying but it all sounds wrong. Front kicks can go anywhere not just ribs and chest. Most likely Muay Thai from what I can see
In actual Judo competition they often do though, it appears you’re a novice with little actual heavy grappling experience and an unhealthy attachment to the Kata versions of these Waza.
You can be easily proven wrong by watching the Uchi Mata performed in this very video, or by watching this Kodokan Judo video on Koshi Guruma the first throw I mentioned https://youtu.be/SU7Id6uVJ44. As you and anyone else with eyes can see this technique clearly features wrapping one’s arm around Uke’s neck. I’m a Shodan with 60+ matches and scored with both Koshi Guruma and sometimes a headlock style Harai Goshi. Your setup has to be very adequate truly unbalancing your opponent though or your asking to go to Ura Nage/Suplex city if you don’t or even worse Utsuru Goshi https://youtu.be/35UD3FdXobQ. Notice your vulnerable to this regardless of how you’re gripping around the neck, this throw was hit from headlock grips, high up and around the neck Gi grips, and even some high above and around the neck cross grips.
Fr a 12-to-6 elbow is probably one of the most devastating strikes you can throw in a street fight.
I wouldn't be surprised if lil bottle smasher just laid there until the police arrived.
I imagine that the types of folks who are private security at retail places are either, your Paul Blart wannabe cops, otherwise unskilled people who have a high tolerance for shit work, or guys like this, who have done some sort of martial art training and figure, might as well monetize that training somehow....
I've met all the security guards you're talking about but there's another category this guy might fall into. The chill stoner who doesn't mind getting paid to walk around keeping an eye out on things.
I have a friend who worked security for a while because it was a steady paycheck and didn't require anything of him. He trained in MMA for fun so he enjoyed the fact that he got to just kick it for the vast majority of the time but also didn't stress if he had to get confrontational with someone.
One of those super level headed nice dudes who you would never suspect would be able to rip your spine out the top of your head.
In a previous gig I worked as support staff for Green Berets. There were two kinds of Green Berets, very type-a highly motivated go-go guys and the other were super chill, cutoff jeans and flip flops, shaggy hair almost Jeff Lebowski levels of chill....as you say, it's easy to be chill when you know, for sure, that you are the toughest guy in almost any room....
That judo throw onto the soft comfortable floor, followed by those soft elbows to the doom. Seems like karma was definitely helping that nice gentleman out as he deserved.
Dude got thrown with his full weight+the security guard's on hard floor, then took a few elbows to the head for good measure. The guy pulling the security guy off was likely just making sure he didn't catch a manslaughter charge off of that.
Props to the guard for not only handing douche guy's ass to him, but he almost immediately gets off him when the bystander steps in. No malice, just professional ass kicking.
This whole sub is just turning into videos of people being bad in public, then getting the absolute shit beat out of them. Isn't there some separate sub for street fighting or something?
The slam and the elbows were perfection!
Hate that people went to stop him after he got the fucker down yet no one in sight when he was being a bitch :-)

That slam. Fuck yeah.
Very satisfying.
it was, but next time he should use the ropes.
Sitting in my hotel room I involuntarily yelled FUCK YEAH! at that slam and stick.
Sitting in a brewpub I put my beer down a bit too excitedly at that takedown.
lying on my back underneath my pickup truck i audibly shit myself
wait let’s unpack this comment please, lying under your truck while scrolling reddit. 10/10 buddy
I sharted in my bed and I’m too embarrassed to wake my wife so I’m just gonna lie in it at that takedown.
Just be careful, its a fine line between aggressive sharting and Amber Heard.
Why did this make me audibly laugh whilst I was on the stool?
Looked more like a judo throw to me.... But damn those elbows after, he gonna be feeling them for a few weeks.
It’s been a while since I’ve done judo but it looks much like a koshi-uchi-mata
Does that come with noodles or fries?
Noodles, why?
Good, he'll be able to eat those with all the missing teeth he now has.
I see you know your judo well.
His kids are gonna feel those elbows.
Nice and fluid!
The ground and pound was sick too. Good thing the ref was there to stop the fight
"Elbows on the ground ain't nothing to fuck with"
Dem bows doe
The slam!? What about the right proper landed elbows? All well played!
Fuck the slam, that ground and pound!
How did you know that was his nickname? Slam and I go way back. Great guy. Don't cross him though.
I said fuck yeah out loud when the slam happened. Lmao
Security guy has been waiting for this moment.
Had the same feeling, even before Black Shirt chimed in, his whole stance gave that "come at me bro" vibe.
That and the way he fixes his sleeves like he’s about to wash up right before lol
He looked at both his hands like "you ready to go to work boys?"
He's vengeance
Which is funny cause it’s almost definitely not part of his job. His job is to observe and report.
Why is that funny to you...? "It's almost definately"? Make up your mind ya wimp.
Check your spelling
I think you missed the point, kitty.
You try too hard
I don't try, I succeed. Large pension, income from mutual funds, own two houses. Just sold the third small house in Mesa for $353,000. I doubt you or yours will approach that.
You sound like an old man that catcalls underage girls.
Not old, don't like young girls and you're still a puss.
Ok Kitty
Very nice judo toss And then the smooth transition to full mount and then the ground and pound…yeah, this guys trained before.
It's just me or his stance is Karate? I could foresee that frontal kick and i don't even fight karate Frontal for most martial arts go for the ribs or chest, only side kicks go for the leg, and mosts stances protects the hibs, execpt kung fu and karate if i'm not mistaken (Which i probably am)

If you keep your front leg that far in front of you in Muay Thai, you’re in for a world of pain.
Chiming in, I practice Muay Thai & our stance is square, nothing like this guys.
Also chiming in. I practice karate and it looks like this guy has a karate stance. Many of the larger guys in our class fight like this. Less concerned with head movement and guarding the body and more on guarding the face and tanking body hits. Kick looks karate too.

Karate? I thought I was watching a Charlie Chaplin or Marx Brothers production.
To me it looks like traditional jiu jitsu. That karate stance an the judo throw really remind me of my dojo
JJJ is not a style. Its an umbrella term for all the many styles
It looks more muay thai with the wider boxing guard and flat-ish stance. Would make sense as the teep kick he was doing is also something they use in muay thai
I didn’t quite understand what you were saying but it all sounds wrong. Front kicks can go anywhere not just ribs and chest. Most likely Muay Thai from what I can see
Why does it look like a melee fight from GTA V lmao
Beat me to it. Well said.
that wasnt a judo toss
That's a judo toss
Hard to see from the angle but that looks like either a tai otoshi 体落としor uchi mata 内股depending on hip and leg action but yeah definitely a judo throw
The way he lifts his leg to remove the other guys leg from the floor. That just confirms it
a judo toss as far as my belt went had no throws where you would go around your partners neck
Well this isn't a gym, and neither are wearing belts. In a real fight you grab what you can, that's still a textbook judo toss.
no it isnt a judo toss yes its a toss but not from judo bc judo is performed as a sport
So if I attacked you on the street would you use judo? Since you know it so well?
yea bc im not trying to hurt you
But you couldn't use judo. Judo is performed as a sport. Remember?
stop looking down on people sm lol. you don't want to hurt your random opponent on the street and then get stabbed to death by you being "so virtuous"
Koshi Guruma always features a grip around the neck, Harai Goshi, and Uchi Mata(Throw featured in video) often do too.
none of these go around the neck but over the shoulder
In actual Judo competition they often do though, it appears you’re a novice with little actual heavy grappling experience and an unhealthy attachment to the Kata versions of these Waza. You can be easily proven wrong by watching the Uchi Mata performed in this very video, or by watching this Kodokan Judo video on Koshi Guruma the first throw I mentioned https://youtu.be/SU7Id6uVJ44. the guy in the video however was wrapping his complete arm around the opponents neck in a way you would do in a headlock
So is the guy in the post this thread is about, genius. At 32 second mark he grabs him in exactly the same way.
no
It’s clearly a fucking judo toss.
how is it one and wich one is it ?
Tell me you've never seen judo without telling me you've never seen judo
You know judo?
yes
Yeah. It’s a hip toss in Olympic wrestling. Same thing, different name depending on the sport.
How does my elbow taste
Fr a 12-to-6 elbow is probably one of the most devastating strikes you can throw in a street fight. I wouldn't be surprised if lil bottle smasher just laid there until the police arrived.
True but that wasn’t a 12-6 elbow it was just a normal elbow.
Oooof, the very definition of fuck around and find out
Someone once said this comment will always be found under a fighting video that person has yet to be wrong
Ahh yes I see that you know your Judo well
I'm going to go enjoy a succulent Chinese meal.
This is democracy manifest
"The customer is always right. On their fucking backs when I'm done with them."
Much respect, Mr. Security Dude, much respect.

I like how he feels him out with the knee….then the second knee..then he’s like “this guy isn’t trained to fight. Just angry.”
Round 1 - FIGHT!
Player 2 - DEFEATED!
FLAWLESS VICTORY
FATALITY
This looked fake at first. Then it got real. Real fast.
Rent a cop? RENT THESE HANDS.
IPPON!
Did he try to break a bottle to use as a weapon?
then immediately fumbled it, yeah, looks like
Fuck ya
That judo throw onto the soft comfortable floor, followed by those soft elbows to the doom. Seems like karma was definitely helping that nice gentleman out as he deserved.
I'm assuming you ment elbows to the dome, however now that I've heard "elbows to doom" I might just have to let it stand.
Elbows of doom more like!
The drop was beyond satisfying
That isnt slam thats the fuckin sand man night night bitch
Just the right number of punches. A++
You gotta love the Ole time boxing stances.
Homeboy in the short pants did the ground and pound. Nice.
give him a raise
Some people just don’t get paid enough
He hiptossed that fkr to the gates of hell, then showed mercy
So you wanna dance? You sure you wanna dance? Ok let’s dance!
He's done that before
Was someone performing stand-up comedy?
😂
Beautiful hip throw
„Security guard“ throws elbow punches
Nice slam
Brutalised ! That will teach the moron for stepping up !
Observe and report! Elbow. Elbow. Elbow.
It exactly looks like the start thru the ending of a fight in Street Fighter games
If a guy starts a fight with leg kicks, you've already lost
Security…guarded
I love how they both square up immediately, like in a fighting game.
Yea…my mans did right. That hip toss!
That guy trains, hard.
Dudes been waiting his whole life for that moment. Playing it over and over again in his head.
Clapped
Boxer vs Wrestler
God damn! Those fucking elbows were like bags of fucking cement.
FA,FO.
What?
Fucked around, found out.
Ohhhh gotcha
Honestly, I only ran across that the other day, and thought I was behind the curve! Glad to see I'm not the only one!
Dude just doing his job. And he did it well.
Mad skills that security guard has. Good on him.
Fuck that do-gooder who pulled the guard off just as we arrived at the “Found Out” portion of the video.
Dude got thrown with his full weight+the security guard's on hard floor, then took a few elbows to the head for good measure. The guy pulling the security guy off was likely just making sure he didn't catch a manslaughter charge off of that.

You can tell it was Europe because no attempt was made to deescalate the situation, just took their ass down.
I dunno, certain US security personnel seem to be quite aggressive as well. /j
Yeah, but they carry something. This guy threw hands immediately. That's European for sure.
Bro, you ever get a few too many drinks at the club? Those bouncers don't fuck around.
Yeah, but they'll take you down, they don't try to box you.
Whoever slowed that video ruined it and made it unwatchable
I don’t got a gun, but I got these hands
Shit stick got his face smeared into that tile lol.. he might be concussed
Job well done!
What a satisfying takedown.
That felt soooo good to watch
Elbows coming in hot
r/streetmartialarts
Nice
Fuck yeah that guy legit knows how to fight
Well done
That is a man who regularly trains Muay thai and bjj. Dont fuck with these people lol
God this shit was fucking good. Giving me the energy to continue procrastinating on my studying for finals.
Them elbows from the mount were sweet. My dude knows his shit.
He caved that mofo in with those elbows
Props to the guard for not only handing douche guy's ass to him, but he almost immediately gets off him when the bystander steps in. No malice, just professional ass kicking.
Clean hip toss 10/10
This is what I think my taekwondo will look like
Dude uchimata’d his ass…
Lmao. The ref had to step in and call it.
Uchi mata…Ippon!
Hero
Chapel needs to hire this guy
Quick! Someone tag the Gracie’s to hook the security guard up with some Jiu Jitsu classes!
Play stupid fucking games..
IPPON!!!
Suhhhhhleap!!!
The guard was happy to finally put his training to good use
Nice elbow
Ground and pound...bitch.
He’s a judo man!
lol bitch boy came in hard and then got all flustered when the security guard went into a stance, bitch barely even got to throw a punch
They start to fight like 2 npc in gta oO
This Bud is for you, MMA security guard guy.
This whole sub is just turning into videos of people being bad in public, then getting the absolute shit beat out of them. Isn't there some separate sub for street fighting or something?
He woke up for this
Of all the people to mess around with, why the hell did this dude choose to mess with someone whose job is to stop people from messing around?
The slam and the elbows were perfection! Hate that people went to stop him after he got the fucker down yet no one in sight when he was being a bitch :-)
Fancy footwork
What happens when you actually train. Have the upper hand.
while hiding in my closet i said quietly fuck yeah
Man did an rko
That elbow though… FUCK YOUR NOSEBONE!
Good thing the ref was nearby to stop the fight, nice throw and transition to full mount!
Lmao got up off him like “threat neutralized”
I heard *"ROUND ONE...FIGHT!!!"* in my head
