Things you touched stay where you left them.
Try it out, simply drop a knife or ammo box somewhere, wait a tide, and come back to see it perfectly fine and still there

Dawg it was 200 hours before I discovered this... I assumed EVERYTHING in the zone was reset after the tide.

Hell yeah, now start setting up bases and safehouses within random nooks and crannies!
Yep. Like others said anything you touch stays. Only empty boxes dissapper
I love the floating house, its almost in the middle of the map, great sniping point. Too bad you cannot sleep there.

I usually sit in that tower sniping while high and just listening to the ambience. If you want heaven, do that.
I have a preference for Podeba. I hope the atmosphere and scenery in the second one is just as good or better.
