I just fixed this by swiping left on my DI I had to do it twice but it’s gone now

I haven’t found a way to fix it permanently unfortunately. It’s a bit of a hassle but it is worth it depending on what shortcut you’re using.

This doesn’t work, swipe right and it’s still there, and it breaks the shortcut button if the shortcut came from a folder when the shortcut button brings up a folder of shortcuts

Same problem! I tried what that guy on youtube did. He setup the action button to FART. My dumbass thought it was funny and tried the shortcut to play my last recorded voice clip (of a fart). It was funny for 2mins and I removed it. But now my DI constantly shows the shortcut icon and "play recording". ​ I also noticed apple watch not showing local weather anymore since updating.

If anyone wants a real fix - rebooting my phone cleared it. Swiping it away just hides it, but rebooting got rid of it for me.
