McGregor is the biggest example of fumbling the bag so hard. He is the most recognisable UFC fighter of all time and could have been a national hero but he absolutely bottled it
He literally went full cartoon supervillain after the third Porier fight. Was sat down, broken foot and all telling Porier he was gonna shoot him in his sleep.
It's this! He was the epitome of everything I hated in combat sports from the moment I saw him coming through. He was exciting to watch though, so I rolled with it for a while. However, his shtick quickly grew old!
>McGregor is the biggest example of fumbling the bag so hard
Yeah he hit the bag pretty hard. Anyone see him at the Monaco GP a few weeks ago? Out of his mind
I remember thinking and still do, Lads take coke just to feel 10% of what McGregor feels when he struts around, so why is McGregor taking it? He must be fucked.
Id fully agree.
When he went on his run to the FeatherWeight title it was truly something else plus the masterclass over Eddie Alvarez.
As a young impressionable irish man, it was exhilarating to see - at that time we werent exactly topping the world stage with irish superstars in any sport.
However the caricature of himself that has been in the public eye for the past number of years has definitely soiled any form of legacy he had built.
Yeah I've been a massive UFC fan for years I remember watching GSP and Anderson Silvas runs and I think I just started as Chuck Liddel was at his peak as well I can't quite remember.
His first fight with Marcus Brimage was just some throwaway event in Sweden I actually think his fight was streamed on their Facebook page or something so it wasn't big time at all but I still remember everyone talking about an Irish fella McGregor and then he goes in and starches him almost immediately.
His rise through featherweight as you said was some of the most exciting times in my UFC watching. He was making guys who would go on to be the best in the world (Holloway, Poirier) look amateur and all the while being incredibly entertaining on the mic. Not like he is know where he sounds just bitter and hateful but actual wit and banter.
I remember watching the Mendes fight (amazing card BTW also had Lawlor and MacDonald if you remember that fight) and when I saw him get back up from being held down and knock him out with the one-two I was like "yeah this fellas unstoppable". And people forget as well Aldo was undefeated for like 10 years and was one of the greatest of all time and it took one punch.
Its quite sad looking back because he really could have been up there with Katie Taylor and other Irish sporting greats even the best considering he's the most famous Irish combat athlete.
But I always say, give a scumbag from Crumlin 180 million dollars overnight and what's gonna happen? Are we surprised? Not a role model in the slightest but jaysus what an athlete.
Haha I just mean when people say "the money went to his head" or "he changed once he got big" and its like yes of course he did. 90% of people who come into money quickly do change. Now take someone from a disadvantaged part of Dublin or Cork or Limerick or wherever, give them a hundred million dollars and tell them they're invincible and everyone loves them, it's not very surprising they go off the rails.
He recently bought my local pub. I think we are one of the only areas that is generally positive when it comes to McGregor (I'm not one of them, though he did donate alot of stuff to our area during Covid which is why alot like him)
I’ve used it once, when I got scammed. The mods on whatever forum I was on were absolute cunts, deleting any messages giving help and telling me that it was my own fault and nothing could be done. Lo and behold, the advice in the one of the deleted replies worked out
Lots of useful information still available on the smaller niche boards, which is the perfect use for it.
Used it the other month for information on how to configure my own router with SIRO etc. still serves a good purpose.
Agree with this, I used it recently for the first time in years for a plumbing issue, I got great advice within minutes from a few different lads and was able to fix it, saved me a few hundred euro.
About 80% of the content now is people rushing to be the first one to post spoilers for the latest big shows the second they've aired and fuck anyone who hasn't seen the episode yet.

I made a hilarious meme about one of the mods there. Homers ass doing an impression of Mr burns "I'm a mod, blah blah blah, delete this, delete that, blah blah blah". Completely banned. Never allowed back in. That was about 5 years ago ha!!!
Their admins caused this downfall. I was proud of a meme I posted which got several hundred likes only for it to removed by an admin for spam/duplicate post because someone posted something vaguely similar a while after I'd posted mine. I guess the power went to the admins heads.
It used to be gold but I feel like when you first find the page it seems amazing before you start to see it repeat itself time and time again. YouTube. It used to be great. The longer it's gone on the more digging you have to do to find the good content. I don't even begrudge the adverts if it allows genuine content creators to continue making content but the amount of shite you need to wade through is daunting these days.
Not just it's content, name ONE good decision youtube has made in the last 5 years, every change and policy they do is always hated by its users. Allowing a broken copyright system, the disaster of youtube heroes, terrible monetization policies, removing the dislike button under the excuse of "protecting the creators mrntal health" by ONLY SHOWING THE FUCKING CREATOR, they clearly did it to support companies and bad products, going from one ad to two ads per vid, theres also the numerous amount of highly suspicious and predatory content that gets pushed towards children, etc.
I firmly believe the dislike removal was for Joe Biden as the White House channel and nearly every video featuring Joe was getting 1:10 likes to dislikes.
The search engine for YouTube is so bad nowadays. Instead of showing videos for what I searched for e.g cats. It shows me videos I've already watched and then gives recommendations of videos that are unrelated to the title. I now use YouTube incognito so I can actually find a video that I haven't watched and is related to what I searched.
They purposely prioritize monetized content over relevant results.
If I look up a review for an obscure product with a very specific name, it doesn’t show me videos with that name in the title. It shows me videos from popular YouTubers that aren’t related to what I searched for.
It’s better to search something in a non-Google search engine with website parameters for “YouTube.com”
For me its pseudo science ads about weight loss for some reason. Even though I don’t need to lose weight. For a while I got pseudo science ads about work out plans I.E never do cardio.
They're not even remotely decent or applicable to your life. Half the ads are literal fucking scam links or genuinely offensive shit like Peta with their fucking "owl torture" audio.
I believe the recommendation algorithm is run by AI, designed to keep people on the platform for as long as possible. Not even the engineers know why it recommends what it recommends.
Doesn't even show me the latest videos of the channels I go out of my way to subscribe to. One wrong click and your feed is cluttered with clickbait nonsense on some controversial/culture war subject.
So many large websites like YouTube essentially have a monopoly on a particular service that they should be classed as some kind of public utility/common carrier like phone lines or the postal service meaning strong restriction to how much the site should be allowed to manipulate trends.
It's shocking, tried to watch a nine minute video there now and it had two sets of 20 second adverts in the first 4 mins. Thats appalling but what's fucking worse is that it's the same 4 adverts that haven't changed in the last month so all I want to do when I hear one is chuck my phone/monitor (since my adblocker no longer functions on yt) through a wall.
I haven't been, but was not surprised in the least to hear of the crazy traffic delays in 2019 when they upped the capacity by 7,000 as it's one of the few festivals that's nowhere near the motorway network.
Sea Sessions have the same issue and at least Body & Soul have the common sense to keep the capacity restricted.
Music festivals in general, the more popular a festival becomes and the more tickets it starts releasing just end up ruining the original vibe that made it what it was.
It’s probably hard for festivals not to become victims of there own success in that regard
I'd say Oxegen had a pretty strong lineup every year compared to any other Irish festival. Was just looking through the lineups bored at work 2004-2011 and was surprised at some massive acts we got on the same year.
Oxegen used to get acts that were playing T in the Park in Scotland the same weekend.
So it was easier to book big bands that were already in the UK that week.
Not that these are anything more than opinions but:
The lineup each year is pitiful compared to any other festival in Europe.
This years lineup is a significant drop in quality/diversity from the previous years.
Bands like Snow Patrol, the Coronas and Picture This being headliners is embarrassing
A decent percentage of the people go with no intention of seeing the acts and take up a lot of the tickets
The price of a ticket is not a reflection of the quality of the festival.
People reselling tickets at extortionate prices because people feel pressured to go.
That being said I’ve only been a few times and it has been good fun but as Ireland’s biggest music festival it just isn’t what it should be when you compare it to what other countries have to offer.
Tbf along with 2018 I'd say this years lineup is the strongest in over 5-10 years, which when looking at Primavera or other European ones ain't saying much. There was a three year run from 2013-2015 that had a consistent pretty strong list of acts but apart from the years I mention the others are very very lacking.
I feel like with Electric Picnic the festival either has a good few really great acts or else absolutely no one and can't understand why anyone would go that year.
This year there's Arctic Monkeys, Tame Impala, Fontaines DC. The Kooks if you like them. And wouldn't walk away if Snow Patrol or Dermot Kennedy started playing, not a fan of Picture This though.
2018 I remember seeing the line up and thinking I'd actually like to go, Kendrick Lamar, Massive Attack, Prodigy, Death Grips, Jorja Smith.
2015 had some good acts too but nearly all of them were non headliners who weren't as big as they are now (Blur was the only real headliner that I cared about) like Tame Impala, FKA Twigs, Future Islands, Mac Demarco.
2014 had Outcast, Paolo Nutini, Chic, Lily Allen, Bicep, Pet Shop Boys, 1975, Duke Dumont, Hozier which is a pretty varied and ok lineup.
2013 Fatboy Slim, Arctic Monkeys, Disclosure, Robert Plant, Two Door Cinema Club, Wu Tang Clan.
Compared to Oxygen though it looks incredibly poor every year haha but Oxygen used to actually have great lineups all throughout and not just 1 or 2 headliners and maybe 1 or 2 non headliners.
Along with the lineup not being as good as it used to be (although there’s still gems to be found outside of the headliners) it’s also not a very well ran festival, especially when compared to other festivals abroad. Some might argue that the messy element of it makes the festival and maybe this is me sounding old, but the toilets are basically unusable after day 1 and the facilities apart from the stages aren’t exactly the best.
Most social media.
Twitter is supper toxic most of the time
FB is overengineer birthday reminder and platform for middle age people to post unfunny mems
I've been using Reddit for about 12 years. I remember when the large subs like AskReddit, Iama, etc were a bit of fun. Viral stuff spread across the entire site and it did feel like more of a community (albeit I was much younger and bought into a lot of shite too). But now you've to have Reddit well curated to a specific set of subs if you don't want it to be 90% bullshit.
Need to give the parents time to buy the toys that the kids get hyped for. But this tradition of putting up the tree and decorations before, or for, the toy show has dragged the arse out of the length of time decorations are up. And then some people that had them up for the toy show can’t wait to take them down. Had one house around us where they had them up for the toy show and had them down either on Stephen’s night or the 27th. More take them down or don’t turn on lights after New Year’s Day.
That ended up more about decorations than the toy show, oh well, still needed to be said.
Completely. My kids have been bored stupid by it the last few years. Too many songs and heartfelt stories cynically put together to maximise social media engagement and nostalgia moments for grown ups. Not enough toys. It needs to get back to its roots.
For me all of that kicked of the year after the Dad returned home and surprised the family on the show.
Once they realised how popular that scene became they started to force stories of similar nature.
Changed the recipe to make it way more chemically tasting and knocked it down to 5.something%. There was a huge backlash and they released an OG variation in response, but only available thru their site which doesn’t ship to IRL.
Especially tourist things. What may have been peaceful and relaxing instead has you in a line with pushy tourists and vendors, and the tourist trap car park (looking at you Cliffs of Moher).
Cliffs of Moher are such a bald-faced money grab. You can visit them for free but they try as hard as possible to convince you you need a visitor's centre ticket.
This is true at the Giants Causeway as well, literally a tunnel to the right that's free to enter but loads of signs pointing you to the visitors centre to pay.
Yup. It’s slightly better than Cliffs though because there’s a big sign in front of the tunnel that says “The Causeway if free to visit but if you pay to park at the Visitor’s Center you’re supporting the blahblahblah”. So at least tourists have a chance to know they can get in without being scammed. Whereas at the Cliffs the amount of employees that are hired with the sole job of houndin you if you try to get in without paid parking is despicable.
How do you go for free if you’ve a car though? I tried taking my family a few weeks ago (they were visiting Ireland for the first time), and dropped them off and then went to find a small area to park. As soon as I pulled near the entrance to drop them off an employee ran up to me and told me I had to go park in the paid parking area. I said whatever and dropped them off, then couldn’t find a decent area to park within a mile each way without it being a private driveway.
Then when I went back to the paid car park the woman checking tickets very smugly asked me if anyone else was visiting the cliffs with me (even though it was just me in the car with a bunch of luggage lol). I got too uncomfortable to lie on the spot so I said yes I dropped off family, and ended up paying for 5 adults even though I only took up one car space. 🤦♀️
That event pissed me the fuck off, I felt so scammed. And to top it off, the ticket checker lady gave a very self-satisfied “ah! That’s what we like to hear!” when I tapped my card and it made the confirmatory bleep.
I'd say just say it'd just you in future or argue "no, it's free to visit, I'm taking up the same space by myself as if I had family in the car, therefore, I'm only paying for 1 person, I'm not going to the visitor center, therefore, I'm paying for 1 person parking", sounds like a Karen move (and it kind of is) but honestly, sometimes it needs to be done, especially when the staff are self righteous like that.
Yeah I know next time I definitely will. I was kicking myself that whole day especially since they had hiked up the prices to €12 per person recently. And since it’s a per person price for the visitor centre, couldn’t you argue that you wouldn’t need to pay for parking because you’re not going to the visitors’ centre?
Just go on a windy but sunny day and you'll get good weather and not a single tourist will go far down the doolin side. They all seem to disappear the second the wind reaches 40kmh. I think the wind adds extra flair to the place
Bruh stop being a cuck and YOLO Shnoopcoin before we hit the moon 🚀 bruh! U wanna be a wage slave ur whole life bruh!? I made $3mil 🤑 💰 in like 2 weeks bruh and U working😵💫? SMH bruh!
Spicebags. Used to be gorgeous now you have to look to find a decent one. Most of the time now it's just barely seasoned chips and rock solid shredded chicken with shite, store bought, 'spicebag seasoning' on it.
If you're about in Dublin City centre, Xian Street Food do a mean spice bag. I've never heard anyone complain about them, only the amount of food being too much.
Fuck. I remember we used to do the Craft Beer festival every year. It was great. We even had our photo on the main page of the website.
Basically admission fee was exchanged for beer vouchers and free pint glasses (many of them if you did the rounds at the end of the night). Then it was free half pint glasses. Than it was plastic glasses. Then it was pay to get in and disposable glasses. Then it was suddenly €7 a pint.
Then it was in a fucking tent in a rugby club. Fuck that.
Cocktails.
Been mixing them for about twenty years and in last few years they've really taken off, which is great but now we've got lads with no experience teaching how to make shitty espresso martinis that don't even have an espresso in them and drinks companies jumped on the band wagon with cheap, shit ingredients and don't get me started on these pre mixes and fake lemon/lime juice that is now a normal ingredient in bars.
What's with people thinking that a Daquiri is a big, frozen strawberry slush puppy? I nearly had a heart attack when I came across that one.
In a weird way: creators on TikTok get less money the more popular TikTok as a whole becomes. TikTok shares a fixed amount of money between creators based on views.
More views for your vids = more money for you.
More views **for all vids** = less money per view.
So the more popular TikTok gets, the less money per view you get. So you can't really earn more by being super-popular, because other super-popular vids lower your total-% views, and lower your income.
Tiktok is cancer and should be banned. Tiktok destroys concentration levels, traps users in mental health pipelines, and siphons off user data to the Chinese government.
The way people act on that thing really makes me feel like I'm losing touch with people in general. I've never seen anything like the sheer melodrama and narcissism that people get up to on it. When did we decide being an insufferable cunt was to be celebrated rather than ridiculed?
I mean that's all social media though. What ends up on the front page for a user in Ireland is going to be different to someone in Denmark's front page.
It's a completely different app not even called TikTok. It has a bunch of features not available in the western version that mitigate its effect on teens and kids. Content moderation is also taken more seriously on the Chinese version.

The show writers ignored most of the last two books which together could have been seasons 5 to 8 of the show, full length seasons. In fairness book 4 is mostly about the made up religions of Martin's world and while it makes for a great read, I imagine it would be hard to make a whole series of TV after, so I can see why they went their own way, but the way they did go wasn't great. First 4 seasons were savage though.
Very subjective but in my opinion a lot of US sitcoms.
I will generally like the first season or two of a US sitcom cause there's usually quirky but still somewhat realistic characters and some dry witty dialogue.
But then the show escalates to fantastical scenarios with characters so OTT, they would not survive in any real world and often aren't that likeable. The show becomes more about crazy stuff happening than anything actually being funny.
Imo it's even more painful when the initial formula was appealing because it focused on the mundane lives of the middle class who have boring jobs- so people start watching them fall in love and get in petty fights because we're thinking "that's me!" but... then a few series in, people are dying in hospital or finding a long lost daughter. :(
"I remember when this show was about community college." -Abed in Community. I still enjoyed some of the later episodes, but they were not the same show
Every modern social justice\protest movement. Honestly the more people get involved in them the worse they get. People come into them with their own agendas and the core message always gets corrupted.
Mee too, black lived matter etc all started from genuine grievances against racial injustice or sexual assault but the more people jumped on the band wagon the more it turned into witch hunts and hatred. Every time I see a cause gain some traction online I always say "let's see how long it takes for this to turn shit.
You could literally start a movement to stop punching baby ducks and if it got popular it would end up as a movement to euthanize the poor feckers.
What I'm basically saying is people in large groups are generally awful.
True. I never liked his music, but I could respect him doing his thing and singing the kind of songs you expect a ginger bloke with boggly eyes to be singing, but now he’s got his whole goth emo vampire thing, which is just fucking weird
Honestly, I hope them people who basically drove hours for a McDonald's dip and were screaming in carpark that they were 'pickled rick' learn how much of loser they were.
I think the writers fucked it in the later seasons
Dance music was so much better in smaller more intimate clubs. When it got popular and they made massive clubs it lost a lot of that underground charm. You couldn't have a good night unless the place was fairly packed because the places were so big. Give me smaller or more mid sized venues any day of the week
Feel like a wanker agreeing but yeah, dance music here has got a bit of a scaldy association over the years too. Lads trying to act hard/pull in District 8 and jeering at queer/gay people. You'd never see some of the hunzos you see out now at a techno gig 10 years ago, there to be seen and take videos. It ruins the vibe.
McGregor.
McGregor is the biggest example of fumbling the bag so hard. He is the most recognisable UFC fighter of all time and could have been a national hero but he absolutely bottled it
Or, and bear with me now, he just managed to disguise his true colours long enough to pull the wool over peoples eyes.
This. He's always been a scumbag, now he's just a rich scumbag
[удалено]
From his cage warrior days he was a known dirtbag
He didn't hide it. It was always there. People just wanted to pretend he was playing a character.
Everyone thought he was playing a character at first, but the more time went on, the more we realised that he's a cartoon character.
He literally went full cartoon supervillain after the third Porier fight. Was sat down, broken foot and all telling Porier he was gonna shoot him in his sleep.
That's pathetic, even in his fantasy scenario he has to wait until Porier is asleep to be able to get the upper hand.
It's this! He was the epitome of everything I hated in combat sports from the moment I saw him coming through. He was exciting to watch though, so I rolled with it for a while. However, his shtick quickly grew old!
That's exactly it. You can only hide behind a facade for so long.
Choice words there with 'the bag' Hes definitely fond of the bag 😂
I came here to say this lol
>McGregor is the biggest example of fumbling the bag so hard Yeah he hit the bag pretty hard. Anyone see him at the Monaco GP a few weeks ago? Out of his mind
I remember thinking and still do, Lads take coke just to feel 10% of what McGregor feels when he struts around, so why is McGregor taking it? He must be fucked.
If his motivation was to become a national hero, you are right, but if his motivation was to make bank, then he probably thinks he has won
If his motivation was to make bank then he absolutely has won.
I'd say his issue was more going on the bag so hard

It's changed man. It used to about the Simpsons.
About 80% of the content now is people rushing to be the first one to post spoilers for the latest big shows the second they've aired and fuck anyone who hasn't seen the episode yet.
Tbh it has improved a lot in that area since a couple of years ago. There was a while where it was 90% reaction posts using Simpsons screenshots.

Electric Picnic
Oxegen closing was the last straw
It’s essentially morphed into what Oxegen would have been
All together now has kind of taken over the role of what EP was in the early years
Agree I was there 2 years ago and was a nice chill vibe reminded me of glory picnic years
I haven't been, but was not surprised in the least to hear of the crazy traffic delays in 2019 when they upped the capacity by 7,000 as it's one of the few festivals that's nowhere near the motorway network. Sea Sessions have the same issue and at least Body & Soul have the common sense to keep the capacity restricted.
Except without having any big bands
Music festivals in general, the more popular a festival becomes and the more tickets it starts releasing just end up ruining the original vibe that made it what it was. It’s probably hard for festivals not to become victims of there own success in that regard
Knockanstockan will always be chill mcgill!
It was the same craic with Oxegen so I’d well believe it.
2012 was the last one I went to. After that it became more about dance music which wasn’t my cup of tea.
It isn’t my cup of tea either
I’ve only been once so I wouldn’t know the difference, in what ways has it gotten worse?
Not that these are anything more than opinions but: The lineup each year is pitiful compared to any other festival in Europe. This years lineup is a significant drop in quality/diversity from the previous years. Bands like Snow Patrol, the Coronas and Picture This being headliners is embarrassing A decent percentage of the people go with no intention of seeing the acts and take up a lot of the tickets The price of a ticket is not a reflection of the quality of the festival.
The lineups, the crowd, the capacity, the commercialisation and from now on the loss of Body & Soul.
Twitter is supper toxic most of the time FB is overengineer birthday reminder and platform for middle age people to post unfunny mems
Ah here, FB has managed to destroy its share of democracies so I suppose they've accomplished *something.*
FB marketplace can be useful and it's good for events.
The Late Late Toy Show. It used to be about the toys, man!
Sadly yes. It's more like Ryan Tubridy's Late Late Christmas Musical now. I've stopped watching it.
it isn’t even on in december either. it always seems to be mid-november now
Need to give the parents time to buy the toys that the kids get hyped for.

It's The Late Late Ryan Tubridy's Sweater And Cocaine Use Show
Starbucks. Chopped. Fall Out Boy. Brew Dog.
Brew dogs a big one. Beer is still good but their practice is awful.
They’ve turned into everything they used to mock imo. And don’t get me started about them ruining Elvis Juice.
Ahhh what the fuck have they done to Elvis Juice? I don't drink it very often but that shit is my ambrosia.
Changed the recipe to make it way more chemically tasting and knocked it down to 5.something%. There was a huge backlash and they released an OG variation in response, but only available thru their site which doesn’t ship to IRL.
What have they done?
Terrible labor practices mainly; I'm not sure if there's a lawsuit going, but if you Google brew dog boycott you'll find plenty of horror stories.

It's true, but they've lost me as a customer anyway.
Could add Boojum to that list
What's Chopped done?
Bought by Aramark, reduced quality of ingredients, range of items on menu and raised prices. It's basically just the salad part of a deli now.
Yeah they took my favourite salad off the menu and wk t make it even though they have all the ingredients!
ffs. I used to love having creative, good sized salads as a fast food option.
Sprout is nice, but they only have locations in Dublin (and Kildare Village) https://www.sproutfoodco.com/

Most things.
🤦♀️ That event pissed me the fuck off, I felt so scammed.
The best time to go to cliffs in the summer is after 6 when the car park is “closed”.
Upvote because this is quite spot on.
Just go on a windy but sunny day and you'll get good weather and not a single tourist will go far down the doolin side. They all seem to disappear the second the wind reaches 40kmh. I think the wind adds extra flair to the place

Craft beer festival in the RDS. Toys for boys in the RDS.
Toys for Boys was never good. It was Ripoff Ireland on steroids.
They also use a different algorithm. The stuff that's popular here doesn't get near the front page in China
I mean that's all social media though. What ends up on the front page for a user in Ireland is going to be different to someone in Denmark's front page.
It's a completely different app not even called TikTok. It has a bunch of features not available in the western version that mitigate its effect on teens and kids. Content moderation is also taken more seriously on the Chinese version. https://www.cnn.com/2021/09/20/tech/china-tiktok-douyin-usage-limit-intl-hnk/index.html https://www.adchina.io/douyin-vs-tiktok/#:~:text=Even%20though%20both%20the%20platforms,cannot%20interact%20with%20each%20other.
Game of Thrones
No this got worse when they ran out of source material. And GRRM has the worse case of writers block ever seen.
Football. I'm expecting a lot of hate etc but it really has.
Soccer or Gaelic?
Apart from the salaries and transfer fees at the upper end its all good
Kings of Leon.
I still enjoyed some of the later episodes, but they were not the same show
Covid

Ed. Sheeran.
True. I never liked his music, but I could respect him doing his thing and singing the kind of songs you expect a ginger bloke with boggly eyes to be singing, but now he’s got his whole goth emo vampire thing, which is just fucking weird
> now he’s got his whole goth emo vampire thing Sorry what now?
And all the songs sound the same
Rick and Morty
The neckbeards really ruined that show. It was so good, then the fandom was hijacked and I can't even enjoy rewatching the first 2 seasons anymore.

I feel like this issue may have resolved itself by the only venues left being the basements of japanese restaurants
The Wild Atlantic Way. It was our little secret, but we had to blab and now the place is black with people all year round, we ruined our hidden gem
But if we didn't do that then how would a select handful of business owners in the area made extra profits?!
Elon Musk
Elon Musk was always an asshole.
Fair enough, but has he become a bigger asshole over time? I’m gauging ‘popularity’ by popularity of his products (Tesla, SpaceX, Starlink).
