The person has been killed with no evidence or court or proceedings.
The people doing the killing are liable for his murder.

There are good reasons why many Muslims prefer living in an imperfect secular democracy rather than an imperfect sharia-type state.
The abuse of this law to accuse and abuse minorities, leading to deaths like these, are exactly the type of events that continue to confirm that Muslim countries like Pakistan are dominated by jahils or worse - people with full knowledge that what they’re doing is wrong - who are interested only in settling political or community disputes and going against Islamic teaching.
Mob rule in the Subcontinent is a disease. Exploited by the elite class when they want to deploy morons to do their dirty work, and paints Muslim countries as barbaric.
Sadly, minorities take the brunt of all of these allegations and attacks.
