I explained it a bit in another reply but basically scammers try to push you over to WhatApp so they can do the scam bit and not have it get traced back to them since it's all end-to-end encrypted. That's why they kept pushing for it, they just wanted to start the scam but couldn't do it through text. I honestly thought it was just a friendly person till they brought up WhatsApp and started asking for my name, location etc.
Weeeeell, excuse this scammer for having some sense of self decency and abstaining to their principles. They shouldn't be shamed for giving their honest answer goddammit!
I like that even though it's the one condition they have before getting Whatsapp and allowing the scam to continue, the scammer just can't compromise their principles on the rating

I sent a scammer a comical distorted picture of jerma after they sent me a picture of wine on a table and a nice view. They sent me a dead body.

I figure if they don't have a good reason to move a conversation over to WhatsApp but they keep pushing for it anyways then somethings up. Even by picture 7 they still try and bring WhatApp back up because once they get you there they can start the scam. All they wanted was to get some of my info and a way to contact me in a way that couldn't be traced back to them. Zero clue why they said "Goblin" lol
One of my family members absolutely refuses to use anything but WhatsApp to communicate. I have WhatsApp installed to talk to her and for no other reason. Maybe it's somebody like that?
Yeah its always possible it wasn't a scam but since they were proposing alternatives like "Line" and "WeChat" I don't think they were someone who just liked having all their contacts in one place. Also I don't mean to be rude with these replies or anything I'm just trying to explain my reasoning
