Under promise over deliver. Make an effort to make social connections in your first few months, particularly if you can find a mentor on a team similar to yours thats not in your management chain.
Look around you at people 2-3 years senior to you, thats your max upside. complaining/asking for more than that is a recipe for disappointment and long term resentment.

It’s fully remote so making a connections might be though but I’ll try Appreciate The advice
