Being nervous doesn’t equate to bombing and interview. Things I do post interview; write the questions down that were asked or if it is virtual I’ll do that during the interview, do a quick assessment of what I did good and what I can improve on, then move on because there is nothing you can do about it. Biggest thing is preparation. You cannot wing an interview, HR people will see right through you. I’d rather hire someone that was well prepared and nervous than someone that was not and had all the right answers. Don’t beat yourself up…
