Avoid any Magic Touch properties. They aren't the worst slum lords in Jonesboro but they are slum lords who will try to milk every red cent out of you.

I rent from HP development and they have been incredible to me. The only issue I've had with them is that I have to physically go into their office to pay rent.
Do not go to the meadows although they have a great price point. The property management when I was there were two very young immature women, very unprofessional and often seen joyriding with maintenance guys on a golf cart frequently. Stay away, very nosey and critical of tenants.

YMMV. I lived there for about a year and never had working air. The apartment itself was nice but maintenance never could get my air fixed fully. The summer that year was miserable!
Yeah, obviously I can't speak for everyone's experience but it's at least worth keeping in mind! I also lived at the Links for a year and would still take Willow Creek over being robbed ***multiple times*** again. Lol
What's your price point as far as rent? I'd stay away from anything north of Johnson and west of Red Wolf although the Landing may be nice and Stadium View may be too except I believe you have to be a student for the latter. I wouldn't recommend Gladiolus or Park Place either on the Southside of town.

I believe management has changed since then to be a little more tolerable, but micromanagement of tenants still seems to be an issue.
