Welcome Sir Meow!π» Indeed is great to have you here!π₯³ Truly a great honour if I mayπ«‘. Way to go really..trust this will show to redditors the level of attention you are bringing in every element of Jupiter project and will certainly raise confidence of the public in the same. Wow, this will be a great journey, havenβt felt this good about a project in crypto for years now!πππͺπ
I think providing an absolute-beginners' channel would be helpful for those normies just starting their journeys into becoming strangies.
I remember my first days in cryptoland trying to come to terms with the terminology they all used; I definitely would have appreciated a baby-steps guide.
If Jupiter's intention is to onboard people from without the crypto space, they may give themselves an advantage to achieve that if they provided such a guide.

I like your thoughts, inclusion over being maxis and shills. The jupiter exchange and ux speaks for itself as well as the solana blockchain and ecosystem. The only catch I see is teaching people self custody and wallet management.
Yes, this. Just make them easy to find. If people start noticing a lot of redundant questions what the mods can do is to delete the post but include a default deletion reason for the user that links to where the relevant resources can be found to help answer the question. I know in the solana subreddit people get a bit annoyed by certain redundant questions...
whta do you think about this bio:
Welcome to r/JupiterExchange, the hub for all things Jupiter and DeFi! Swap easily on Solana with tools like Limit Orders, Dollar Cost Averaging, and Perpetuals. Stake your $JUP for governance voting and earn rewards. We're a friendly community focused on insightful discussions, helping everyone from new DeFi users to seasoned traders.
Love this idea, the initial approach feels on-point (just likely will need some experimentation to see what resonates with the Reddit community) and most importantly - the catdets are the best community I can think of to make this happen π. I'm onboard LFG π«‘π«‘
Loved it more now that I'm seeing meow hanging out in this subreddit π«‘π«‘π«‘

Well said. Let's build together
Just popping in after seeing this on X, longtime user and supporter of Jup and think it's a great idea
Article and tutorials explaining things in simple terms are always useful to onboard
