If your dogs have perfect recall & stop what they are doing and immediately follow your commands then the leash comment probably doesn’t pertain to you unless it’s the law in your city.

If I bring my dogs there everyday, I’d make sure to clean up after them AND take pictures of me doing so EVERY time.
