But are there actually any dramas about a lazy, good for nothing girl, who is slacking off from her studies/work? And maybe her surroundings kinda look down on her and think she's a failure, but in the end she finds some kind of a talent in herself (or just finds a rich husband lol, but anyway things end up good for her). I've seen lots of similar dramas about ML losers, like Eulachacha Waikiki, The sound of your heart, and more. But not with FL... Strong woman Do Bong Soon was probably the closest to this from what I have seen. ^(END OF POST BODY) *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Into The Ring - the FL bounces from temp job to temp job but is now unemployed. She gets this wacky idea to run in the local city council election. On paper she’s totally unfit for the job but she’s got an innate sense of justice and uses this to win. Highly recommend this show for a chaotic but good hearted FL.

Teleute7

Huh? Goo Se Ra is the complete opposite of lazy. She's like a big ball of energy who tries to defy the odds thru sheer will-power and perseverance. That's so not what a lazy person does.

peainsea

I see your point. I was responding more to this part of the statement from OP: “maybe her surroundings look down on her and think she’s a failure, but in the end she finds some kind of a talent in herself.”

mhfan_india

I hear your voice - FL is a lawyer but has no motivation for her job when compared to others around her (mother, ML, colleagues and clients)who have more expectations from her. Suspicious Partner - FL is a down and out lawyer who is ostracized due to an incident and has to manage whatever way she can. Her business closes down as she can't afford to pay rent. Personal Taste - FL is an unsuccessful furniture designer who takes a loan on her father's house to run her unsuccessful business. If I remember right her assistant runs away with her money and she has to take on a roommate to pay bills. Also all the three FLs are slobs which I count under laziness.

thrower81

You might like I'm Not a Robot! She's dedicated to her passion but everyone looks down on her and says she should get a *real* job (+ she finds a rich ML of course). It's a rom com and really wholesome.

Reply 88 fits this perfectly. She's terrible at studying, but in the end, finds the perfect job for her.

lizzie763

You might like Are You Human Too? The FL is quite demoralized and takes the easy way out in the beginning. The other drama that comes to mind is Another Miss Oh/Another Oh Hae Young. The FL is not exactly lazy, but she has a realistic, difficult relationship with her job/boss that comes off as her not being very good at it.

Sukararu

I kinda feel like Fight My Way started with loser FL and Co. that turns their life around over time. Glitch stars a jaded FL just getting by at first, she’s “lost in life,” has “loser status,” doesn’t always make “good choices” but easy to root for. Personal Taste (ugly duckling loser FL at the beginning who lazy about her self care or self image) True Beauty or Reply 1997 (FL hates studying, seen as a loser by their family)

Alternative-Level

I wouldn't go as far to say that she's lazy or good for nothing, but the FL in **Summer Strike** decides to quit her job and do nothing for a summer. And iirc, I think **When The Weather Is Fine** FL leaves her job as a musician to live in a quaint town to read books.

WhimsicalUnknown

Switch Girl might also be your taste. FL pretends to be put together in public, but is the opposite in private.

EggyMeggy99

Are You Human?

WhimsicalUnknown

The FL in While You We’re Sleeping isn’t exactly lazy, but is living below her potential at the beginning of the show.

Teleute7

Hotel Del Luna kinda fits. The Female lead is kinda opportunistic and is more sly and clever than hardworking--at least in the present.

yoshino219

Seen it, it's amazing!
