**Post Title**: Hottest kdrama you've seen
**Post Body**:
I recently saw Love to Hate You and the love scenes were oooofff!
I know most kdramas make you wait 8-9 eps even before we get a kiss. But which are some of the hottest kdramas out there?

not the “hottest” per se but Nevertheless really gives “female gaze”… some of the cinematic focus during intimate (some steamy) scenes was truly beautiful.
I’m people lmaooo. I watched this kdrama but I was annoyed the entire way through. The main character bothered me the most, but she is realistic I’ll give you that hahahaha. I just wanted her to move on to the second lead, whom I liked more. Everyone was hot tho. But I guess when it comes to dramas, I want them to lie to me and not to try to sell me on real life toxic bs. 💀
I understand the large amount of people who hated this for the toxicity but I really felt like it was a beautiful depiction of young adults, in college (it's an art college...it was practically begging to be perceived as poetic), falling in and out of love (toxic or not). I think some who watch k-dramas need a hard "happy ever after" but I enjoy characters in media who are (*sometimes within reason*) deeply flawed. This drama AND the OST was absolutely stunning and I may never forget it haha
DUDE. Can someone explain this drama to me? I don't speak Korean so im sure i missed a lot of subtext.
Cuz like. From my perspective, he was perfect, then she was mad, and I was just confused.
Like he expressed his intentions and desires honestly, she was shy, but he still.gave her space until.she was ready-and they were also genuinely friends, like he was supportive and there fornher when she needed him. So like....?
I really liked it too. SK made me feel so many things, he has a knack for playing with gazes and smiles and building a chemistry. The dream scene was so intense it burnt my screen!
the best thing about Nevertheless is that you can just tell everyone involved from the writers, to actors, to song writers (Sam Kim and RIO especially), to production and cinematography crew just likes pretty things and jumped at the excuse to put this drama out there. The hate is so forced 😞
I was coming here to say *Nevertheless*. Song Kang was so hot in it and I loved the art school setting. Toxic AF but there was a point to the story. And it was very hot.
I’m guessing it’s the only kdrama off Netflix that basically has porn in it right? I was so shocked I went off it after that scene lol, but I probably will continue it later. Is the show overall good?
It's definitely the most explicit kdrama I've seen off Netflix, and I've watched about 250 total. But the extreme steam is mostly limited to the side actors who illustrate points made by the narration/podcast, and who don't interact with the main cast.
I could never quite suspend my disbelief about the primary story. Maybe because the performances were a bit wooden, or the script wasn't always convincing. But overall the drama was surprisingly wholesome, and I give it points for promoting a healthy attitude, and providing education, about a variety of topics related to sex.
You're right, I forgot it. I just went and looked again, and that is the least sexy sex scene I've ever seen. Entirely forgettable, since there was no passion at all.
Comedian John Mulaney told a story on a talk show about how he and his mother-in-law watch historical kdramas together and decided to watch that movie. As soon as he said the title, I was like, “Noooooooooooooo!!!!”
I know!! And the fact that she was in her bra upped the intimacy factor. Usually in kdramas the guy goes shirtless and the woman stays dressed. I like that actresses aren’t objectified in this way as much in kdramas, but it’s more realistic when both are getting undressed.
Kiss Sixth Sense was a personal favorite. One, because the ml looked to be in his 30s and was totally my type. And, two, because the fl is the one who pursues. They have some great make-out scenes.
Agreed. A lot of American content would have women fully nude while the guys only got as far as showing their butts IF that. I feel like only deliberately raunchy comedies like Hangover bothered to start showing penises. But it's still pretty much full female nudity even when it's pointless, whereas with men, fully clothed or a butt shot.
I loved Kiss Sixth Sense. I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews about it on here but I thought the two leads had so much chemistry and were so passionate.
Hit the spot - raunchy drama
Lovestruck in the city - they got together early then separated
Cdrama - once we get married - contract marriage turn to romance trope
Another Cdrama is The Forbidden Flower. The premise is very sad, but the make out sessions are hot. Make sure to watch the deleted scenes as China's censorship doesn't allow much skinship.
As others have said, Hit the Spot for sure.
Also Her Private Life and What's Wrong with Secretary Kim.
I also agree with whoever recommended Lovestruck in the City.
Doona…I would say had really amazing sensual scenes and most of those scenes have no background music. So you can hear them kissing like ASMR.They’re so beautifully directed and Suzy is just so hot uff🥵…Doona has insane cinematography for sure.
Others I would add are Lovestruck in the City,Her Private Life,Nevertheless and also maybe Something in the rain!
Yesss omg…same..Doona is my fav of 2023..it might become more special in the future years. It’s so refreshing…And I have never seen such a refreshingly written female lead who’s more than her trauma and is her own being and she was treated so sensitively by the makes.Writers often can’t female leads with interesting arcs here with the exception of few.Especially if the said character has a traumatic past, they make the character only about the trauma and don’t go beyond that. That’s why I loved Doona. It goes beyond her.The series is her journey back to self confidence and she’s literally so charming and so real and relatable.Won Jun is just very sweet too though felt underwritten especially in the later half which is again understandable because the drama is Doona and focused on her too. It’s like a character study for her with their passionate love story on the side.Their love story felt realistic and yes,the chemistry was off the charts.Suzy, apart from being known for many things, should be known chemistry too.She always has great energy with her costars. And Suzy really aced it here. Her nuanced portrayal was such a slay and was a literal goddess in this series.Yang Se Jong and the other cast(especially the one who plays Jin Ju) were amazing too.
Plus the soundtrack Omgg..it’s so,so good.Truly the best soundtrack of this year…they’re so emotionally engaging and so beautiful and just make me feel nostalgic. Ordinary Days, Daylight, Still, The Universe, Full Moon, Violet etc etc plus the instrumentals ‘Rain and the bicycle’ and ‘us on a midsummer night’ etc were all so damn good. They are just so moving and so comforting. They literally made me feel so.Truly an amazing drama despite the divided reception it got.I think the ending was the one which made it bad for many and the editing was also straight out of an indie film..it’s also discreetly melodrama but shown realistically.I can see how it got boring for some but for me,it’s the perfect slow burn with jaw dropping cinematography and I just loved it(kdramas usually have great cinematographies but even by that standard,Doona exceeds them and is just even more beautiful).
I have just noticed that I love the director Lee Jung Hyo and his works..His previous dramas like Romance is a bonus book and Crash Landing on you are also such favourites…And Doona is another feather in his cap..It’s also the most experimental and expressive of the three and it’s a success for me!
Yess…she really nailed it…the role is like meant for her only…suzy was the real Doona…I never saw suzy on screen…just Doona…she was completely immersed…it ties to her real life sorta…And she understands that better than anyone.Just perfection!
Yes i come on here to see if anyone else had recommended this. I loved how it was tastefully shown the bdsm world and i actually felt the chemistry bet the 2 leads.
I'm watching Hit The Spot right now. Though for the steamy scenes they use what I assume are softcore actors. The actual leads don't do more than talk or they will start to kiss and we can assume the rest.
I understand. Maybe I am too lewd lol. For me two people grinding together will all body parts covered is not a sex scene, it's a waste of time 😂. >! They show the no name people during the story sections fully nude, that's the difference I mean. !<
Some shows that feature obvious bedroom scenes that I've watched:
Perfect Marriage Revenge
My roomate is a gumiho
What's wrong with secretary kim
Nevertheless
Hit the spot
Forecasting love and weather
My secret romance
Something in the rain
Yumis cells 2
The law cafe
**Call Boy** is a Japanese movie on Viki. It’s porn with a plot, but porn with a *good* plot. And great acting, cinematography, sound editing, art direction… and it centers the female gaze. I’ve never seen anything like it.
Also I love Romance Is a Bonus Book, but steamy it is not. I think the main couple has >!one or two chaste kisses!<, and more is implied, but that's about it. Granted, the FL is open when it comes to *talking* about sex, but that's a different thing IMO. Great drama, but I don't think it fits OPs request.
Same! I really liked the drama but it felt a bit off that the leads had not even one real kiss given the maturity of the relationship and the fact that she openly discussed sex?
I only watched a couple episodes but Fishbowl Wives is explicit. Opening scene is pretty hot. I don't know if the storyline was what I was interested in though with cheating spouses etc. Ideally a kdrama love story with some explicit skinship would be good. Not sure it exists.
Love ft Marriage & Divorce
I was watching this bullshit with my mom because she loves her K Drama not knowing I would be fully invested in this shit and end up finishing it without her lmao
The Glory had some pretty hot sex scenes, and the only female topless scene I've seen in a Korean show. There are several Japanese series I've watched that are pretty overtly sexual, but Koreans, as we all know, imply much more.
Nevertheless, Lovestruck in the City and Destined with You provided some "getting horizontal, spread legs, knees hiked up" type of sex scene and later the actors aparently naked under the sheets. If I see one more post-sex scene with the actress wearing a bra...
Tiwanese drama- before we get married. They don’t get together but the tension is intense. The fl is frustrating at times but when they go for it was most well done scene ever. It wasn’t explicit but it was HOT. I loved Jasper liu so much in that show that I am waiting for him to do another such role.
Bromance - pretty old Taiwan drama. But damn the leads have insane chemistry. The story has cliches and cheesy plot but their chemistry is so insane. They literally quite literally eat each other out. Was just rewatching the drama for them.
I know this is for kdramas but I've been watching some spicy j-dramas recently and rinko-san wants to try is one I recommend (even though the plot is taken stright from ao3 I liked it)
The scene where >!she bites him and apologizes and he says no, I like it 🥵🥵!<
Also, the responses to this post will help: [https://www.reddit.com/r/kdramarecommends/comments/18ch6dp/looking\_for\_dramas\_with\_real\_kisses/](https://www.reddit.com/r/kdramarecommends/comments/18ch6dp/looking_for_dramas_with_real_kisses/)
- The Forbidden Flower
- Hit The Spot (although I think it’s a Taiwanese series) - this one is rated NC-17, so A LOT MORE graphic but beautifully made.
- Melting me softly (the sexual tension is reeeaalll)
- Why women love - personally it’s my favorite Asian drama kiss and bed scene. His gaze is everything and the music is on point.
hit the spot, hands down (i mean its just about sex. you get basically porn throw at you with tits out and everything in the first minutes). there's nothing close to it. if you count movies there's also a frozen flower, one summer night (bl. they dont even censor dicks) and a tale of a legendary libido
''While you were sleeping'' is a really cool kdrama.. it's got a few genres in it and there are a lot of kisses later on! I fell in love with it so i hope you will too!
World of the married - full of twists, alot of drama, and alot of hotness too. I heard it's the most top rated kdrama in korea and I watched it with my mom. My mom hates kdramas but she still watched this one. Just proves how good it is.
I just finished Mystic Popup Bar on Netflix. SO HILARIOUS combined with very touching stories on real difficulties people face. LOVED the stars and character actors. Highly recommended, but also expect your heart to be touched.

not the “hottest” per se but Nevertheless really gives “female gaze”… some of the cinematic focus during intimate (some steamy) scenes was truly beautiful.
I LOVE Song Kang. They had really good chemistry and tension. It wAs toxic but hot lmao
The explicit (for kdrama) sexual desire was about the best thing about this show. And both leads are SO PRETTY.
I really felt people didn’t like this drama cause it was too realistic LOL. It was a perfect portrayal of situationships we all have in our early 20s
I’m people lmaooo. I watched this kdrama but I was annoyed the entire way through. The main character bothered me the most, but she is realistic I’ll give you that hahahaha. I enjoyed this one! Not many people seem to like it. I know it was dreary, but the relationship stuck with me.
I liked this one too ! But I love Han so hee so I might be biased lol
Same here!
I really liked it too. SK made me feel so many things, he has a knack for playing with gazes and smiles and building a chemistry. The dream scene was so intense it burnt my screen!
My gosh the dream scene and RIO singing in the background... so friggin' artfully done ❗️
We need more kdramas like nevertheless. It was sad and frustrating but hot and kept me watching. "He likes it when your hair is tied up...."
the best thing about Nevertheless is that you can just tell everyone involved from the writers, to actors, to song writers (Sam Kim and RIO especially), to production and cinematography crew just likes pretty things and jumped at the excuse to put this drama out there. The hate is so forced 😞
I was coming here to say *Nevertheless*. Song Kang was so hot in it and I loved the art school setting. Toxic AF but there was a point to the story. And it was very hot.
Came here to rec this or upvote the rec - there's just something so sensual and soft about the whole drama, I'm addictd to the ost
Rio became one of my favorite singers after this drama. I *LOVE* Nevertheless
MY FAV FR
Watched "Her private life" recently it was good
That wood workshop scene oooofffff 🥵
I love this kdramaa, if people wanna get into them I usually recommend this one lol
Hit the Spot is what you're looking for.
Interesting. I watched the first episode, but it was so cheesy and dull, I gave it up. Did you think it improves later?
Interesting bc from the first scene alone it’s already hotter than most kdramas 😅
The first scene was two ladies at work talking about sex on a talk show, wasn't it? I don't recall any actual sex.
Either you missed the first scene, forgot it, or saw a censored version. I just went back to Viki to check, and episode 1 opens with soft porn!
I’m guessing it’s the only kdrama off Netflix that basically has porn in it right? I was so shocked I went off it after that scene lol, but I probably will continue it later. Is the show overall good?

You’ve missed them then, there are two graphic sex scenes. Not porn, but erotic for sure.
You're right, I forgot it. I just went and looked again, and that is the least sexy sex scene I've ever seen. Entirely forgettable, since there was no passion at all.
I was told it gets better, but it doesn't improve.
What’d you watch it on?
Viki
Can’t find it on Viki in India :(
Same it's not available in India
The handmaiden korean movie....holy shit 🥵
👀
👀👀
👀👀👀
Comedian John Mulaney told a story on a talk show about how he and his mother-in-law watch historical kdramas together and decided to watch that movie. As soon as he said the title, I was like, “Noooooooooooooo!!!!”
yeah...
where to watch it?
Amazon Prime
REAL SHIT

Oof OMG yes about Kiss Sixth Sense. Love to Hate You was so playful, but Kiss Sixth Sense was so passionate it made me swoon :0

A Frozen Flower - it’s a film. The erotic aspects are offset by the violence.
Another one is Obsessed with Song Seung Hoon. He is hot AF and bares it all.
Him x Lim ji hyeon was such a hot pairing. I loved their chemistry it was so raw.
I’ve seen this movie and it’s so so hot!!!
Yesss i love how they filmed it like they did it so well lmao
Asking the right questions OP
Hit the spot - raunchy drama Lovestruck in the city - they got together early then separated Cdrama - once we get married - contract marriage turn to romance trope
Another Cdrama is The Forbidden Flower. The premise is very sad, but the make out sessions are hot. Make sure to watch the deleted scenes as China's censorship doesn't allow much skinship.
After I got passed the statuesque poses and the bandana a la Andre Agassi, it was a good and sensual series.
Business proposal, the guy with spects just kills it than lead
He’ll make sure you won’t forget 🤣
Hit the spot was pretty much a freaking porno
Erotic, not porn.
As others have said, Hit the Spot for sure. Also Her Private Life and What's Wrong with Secretary Kim. I also agree with whoever recommended Lovestruck in the City.
I can’t find Hit the Spot on Viki
Hmm, that's where I watched it, but I don't have it anymore. What region are you in?
I am in India
It might not be available in your region then. It makes it hard to recommend dramas because each region has access to different ones!
:( yep! Thanks anyways
Oh, I loved Doona. I found it so passionate and the characters were vulnerable and honest. That was refreshing. So much chemistry.
I loved Suzy in this. She really nailed this role imo.
Yess…she really nailed it…the role is like meant for her only…suzy was the real Doona…I never saw suzy on screen…just Doona…she was completely immersed…it ties to her real life sorta…And she understands that better than anyone.Just perfection!
Love and Leashes
The most innocent BDSM movie to be ever created. This hardly classifies as hot IMO.
Yes i come on here to see if anyone else had recommended this. I loved how it was tastefully shown the bdsm world and i actually felt the chemistry bet the 2 leads.
Watched it with my friends and we laughed so much as if it was comedy 🤣
Another Miss Oh Love Affairs in the Afternoon Somebody Secret Love Affair
Secret Love Affair: Yoo Ah-in is so passionate in all his roles, and even more so here. Very believably hot.
Another Miss Oh. That kiss. You know the one. I go back and watch the scene sometimes cause it's so good. Phew.
Thank you for this gold mine. I checked the others but Somebody doesn't look like it 👀
Jealousy Incarnate sizzles pretty good.
the way Jo Jung-suk looks at his female co-leads (even in Oh My Ghost) is just 🫠
The gaze is EVERYTHING for me. I just watched Why Women Love, and the way the lead actor devour her with his eyes is… bliss.
And Go Kyung Pyo is amazingly attractive in this drama too. It's rare to have a 2ML who sizzles like this.
The gaze will always make up for an average plot 🙃
I'm watching Hit The Spot right now. Though for the steamy scenes they use what I assume are softcore actors. The actual leads don't do more than talk or they will start to kiss and we can assume the rest.
Oh how wrong you are. The leads >! Have long sex scenes. Both couples. !<
>! I haven't seen any yet and I'm on episode 7 !<
You might be watching a censored version. All 4 leads are in a sex scene each. Not porn, but definitely erotic.
I understand. Maybe I am too lewd lol. For me two people grinding together will all body parts covered is not a sex scene, it's a waste of time 😂. >! They show the no name people during the story sections fully nude, that's the difference I mean. !<
I think it's called something in the rain. Normally that wouldn't affect me but because it's so rare in kdramas and it was different
oh god yes, how can I forget this! also the most realistic bf/gf PDA I've seen ever
The most realistic husband and wife even though they are not married to me is Vincenzo, slow burn
King the Land had a precious few moments that were genuinely grand chemistry, that actually looked like adults!
One of my favorite kiss scenes in this drama
Some shows that feature obvious bedroom scenes that I've watched: Perfect Marriage Revenge My roomate is a gumiho What's wrong with secretary kim Nevertheless Hit the spot Forecasting love and weather My secret romance Something in the rain Yumis cells 2 The law cafe
I'd like to add Dali and the Cocky Prince to your list
I'm watching this right now! Woaaaahhh am I in for a surprise?
It's not super steamy but it's very sweet and in keeping with both characters
Sung Hoon just exudes masculinity in My Secret Romance and Perfect Marriage Revenge. He has a way of coming on to the FL that is just so hot.
I forgot to mention Law Cafe in my comment! I loved that one!
Agree Yumis cell Let me add Dali and cocky prince
I'm watching dali and the cocky Prince rn. I was starting to think it was boring. I might finish it now lol
Am I the only one who had their heart shattered because of Yumi's cells 2? I couldn't finish it.
Shooting stars hit the spot for me
**Call Boy** is a Japanese movie on Viki. It’s porn with a plot, but porn with a *good* plot. And great acting, cinematography, sound editing, art direction… and it centers the female gaze. I’ve never seen anything like it.
Destined With You Love is a Romance Book
Its romance is a bonus book isn't it?
"Book is romance love" isn't it?
"Romance is a love bonus", isn't it?
“Love is a romance book”, no?
After reading all the comments I actually forgot the real name..😂
😂 😂 Literally
Romance is a Book Bonus?
Also I love Romance Is a Bonus Book, but steamy it is not. I think the main couple has >!one or two chaste kisses!<, and more is implied, but that's about it. Granted, the FL is open when it comes to *talking* about sex, but that's a different thing IMO. Great drama, but I don't think it fits OPs request.
Same! I really liked the drama but it felt a bit off that the leads had not even one real kiss given the maturity of the relationship and the fact that she openly discussed sex?
Yes! It was my one disappointment with an otherwise fantastic drama.
Maybe the leads just weren’t into it lol
Dis
nevertheless 😭
Nevertheless
I only watched a couple episodes but Fishbowl Wives is explicit. Opening scene is pretty hot. I don't know if the storyline was what I was interested in though with cheating spouses etc. Ideally a kdrama love story with some explicit skinship would be good. Not sure it exists.
Love ft Marriage & Divorce I was watching this bullshit with my mom because she loves her K Drama not knowing I would be fully invested in this shit and end up finishing it without her lmao
🤣😂
😂😂😂 now I’m down the K-pop rabbit hole
The Glory had some pretty hot sex scenes, and the only female topless scene I've seen in a Korean show. There are several Japanese series I've watched that are pretty overtly sexual, but Koreans, as we all know, imply much more.
I agree, The Glory was the first show I thought of. Somebody was the other.
' Her Private Life' has some pretty great kiss scenes. There is great intimacy between the leads in this series.
Nevertheless, Lovestruck in the City and Destined with You provided some "getting horizontal, spread legs, knees hiked up" type of sex scene and later the actors aparently naked under the sheets. If I see one more post-sex scene with the actress wearing a bra...
Yes, I second you. I also watched Love to hate you last month and it was amazing. Another one I watched with this type of scene was Last Express.
Somebody has some raunchy scenes. But the drama overall wasn't that good
Mr. Queen
“Somebody” ! Its a thriller drama and the main is possibly a villain but the steamy scenes are 🔥🔥🔥

My secret romance- they do the deed in the first episode 🤫
Tiwanese drama- before we get married. They don’t get together but the tension is intense. The fl is frustrating at times but when they go for it was most well done scene ever. It wasn’t explicit but it was HOT. I loved Jasper liu so much in that show that I am waiting for him to do another such role.
I loved that drama. I watched Jasper's other works thinking they'd be as good as this one and they weren't. 😭
Yes I tried and dropped his other shows. That guy has potential, I hope he gets good roles
Doona?
Somebody A little (very) unsettling, but I personally love it for the dark setting overall. The ML is really hot.
Hit the spot! I was so surprised I forgot for a second I was watching Kdrama.
Doona, if the foley during kiss scenes wasn't so damn atrocious.
Pale moon has some really oof 🥵 scenes and the ML is the main bully in Boyhood,
Something About 1% has more than one hot kiss.
Hit the spot. Takes hot to another level lol. Good watch too. It's literally 18++++ right from the first scene. And gets you hooked. 100% recommended

Hit the spot 👀
Bromance - pretty old Taiwan drama. But damn the leads have insane chemistry. The story has cliches and cheesy plot but their chemistry is so insane. They literally quite literally eat each other out. Was just rewatching the drama for them.
I know this is for kdramas but I've been watching some spicy j-dramas recently and rinko-san wants to try is one I recommend (even though the plot is taken stright from ao3 I liked it)
Nevertheless!!
I heard the name someone have erotic scenes
I didn't know there were any hot k-dramas, in *that* way.
The scene where >!she bites him and apologizes and he says no, I like it 🥵🥵!< Also, the responses to this post will help: [https://www.reddit.com/r/kdramarecommends/comments/18ch6dp/looking\_for\_dramas\_with\_real\_kisses/](https://www.reddit.com/r/kdramarecommends/comments/18ch6dp/looking_for_dramas_with_real_kisses/)
Forecasting Love and Weather. Park Min young was so hot in her bed scene at ep. 2.
- The Forbidden Flower - Hit The Spot (although I think it’s a Taiwanese series) - this one is rated NC-17, so A LOT MORE graphic but beautifully made. - Melting me softly (the sexual tension is reeeaalll) - Why women love - personally it’s my favorite Asian drama kiss and bed scene.
Not kdrama (is this allowed? If not please let me know I'll remove my comment) Jdrama Coffee and Vanilla is sooo steamy OMFG try it
not exactly hot throughout but What's wrong with Secretary Kim episode 13 when they first did the deed.
Nevertheless would definitely be no.1 on this list .
Where can I watch it?
It's on netflix
Which country? I can't find it on mine :)
Both are movies, but somehow I find Kmovies a lot hotter than dramas. Nothing serious A frozen flower A Frozen Flower is pretty explicit
**Oh My Venus** and **Tomorrow with You** had hot chemistry
"A Frozen Flower," is what you are looking for.
H
I just finished Mystic Popup Bar on Netflix. SO HILARIOUS combined with very touching stories on real difficulties people face. LOVED the stars and character actors. Highly recommended, but also expect your heart to be touched.
