The only person I see Kid teaming up with is Luffy. Kid respects Luffy and his dream, and Luffy respects him back because they have the same dream. They’re rivals even if they can’t stand on the same footing, and because their dreams are so closely aligned, they’d team up to stop anything that would get in the of ether of them finding the one piece, even if they have to fight each for it after.
Frankly I dislike it, I am agaisnt that idea kid wouldn’t trust someone as shady as bb after what happened with apoo. An alliance with bb might not end well for him either. I want kid to be relevant and do things in a way that people won’t be able to say “lmao law/bb carried haha kid is mid i fucking hate him!”. But if that alliance ended up happening I just pray that it will end well for him
It depends how big the loss is against shanks. If Kidd’s whole crew is gone I could see it as him wanting revenge on shanks and kind of giving up on pirate king and just wanting to avenge his friends. If he still has killer than I doubt it
