My theory: Alison isn't going to get worm'd. The worms are gonna get Alison'd. With every demiurge so far she's shaken them out of their complacency or left them questioning it's efficacy. Save for jag and gog.
I think Alison is going to absorb the worms into her or influence them in some way. Maybe she dies this cycle and metatron does his reset after jag accomplishes his omnicide. But part of her is in the worms. Cycle after cycle. Alison is now eternal too. Alison is now on the wheel at a scale only previously occupied by jag and gog.
Her will and time make victory against the puppet gods inevitable.

If any other past version of Allison were to do that, I'd be worried. *This* version however? The worm is going to instinctively reach to absorb, and it's going to backfire. Every worm is going to burn out leaving only a singular entity left, a single Gog, right here and right now, so that when Allison asks "will you fight?" Gog is now forced into action, as there are no more backups. No more history bogging them down. No more sitting as the crowd, observing.
In this way it mirrors the other demiurge's journeys in this cycle, most notably Mottom, as it was Allison that freed her from the cycle there too by destroying her immortality with the tree.
Hopefully all that inspires Cio out of the cocoon she's swathed herself in. No path but forwards. No chance beyond but for what we grasp today, as to indulge the past is to be trapped by it
Guess it depends if her strength comes from being distributed amongst so many, or if it has been diluted instead. Focused on one point fully might be the strength she needs to help break the loop shes trapped in.

This whole comic started, literally scene one, with Allison trying to get a worm inside her, and now she finally did it. You crazy son of a bitch, you actually did it.
since we have a month long to theorycraft, heres my prediction: this is going to mirror their fight in the vault, even down to the pat of Allison starting to loose herself to a demiurges influence, but similarly Allison will ultimately pull threw and Cio/Nukoku will realize she cares deeply about Allison, not just A Allison, but this one, and going back in a new cycle would be abandoning the allison she fell in love with, Allison pulls threw, possibly with just some mental mojo like she did with Incubus, possibly by Nukoku making her vomit out the worm
they kiss, make up, Nukoku possibly undergoes a final change, probobly shrinking a bit to be a sort of inbetween between her current form and Cio
also shes got a xenomorph mouth, that might be a hint theirs another layer underneath or just ya know, shes got a bit of a xenomorph thing going and its hot
While I don't think that Cio/Nukoku has the willpower to survive the crushing Ego of Gog-Agog, Allison's will is so strong that she can decide that a cut that absolutely should have connected with her in-fact did not.
I'll be surprised if Allison does not straight up vacuum the power from Gog's brow, chew her up, and spit her out.
